  I’m writing this review mainly for anyone considering buying these sofas from Leon’s. I wish I had read reviews more carefully before purchasing ours. We bought them December 27, 2025, and within only a few months they were already noticeably sinking. Even our guests were asking, “What happened to your new sofas?” Leon’s sent two technicians. The first technician acknowledged to us that he could see the issue, but his report to Leon’s said it was “normal wear and tear.” The second technician immediately identified the problem as not enough foam and a lack of support through the middle. What upsets me most is that we were never told about these issues when purchasing. We were only told the leather would soften after a week or two. Had we known about the lack of support, we would NEVER have purchased these sofas. Today, I spoke with the store manager and was extremely disappointed by the response and attitude. We are being offered a repair for sofas that started having problems only months after being purchased brand new. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Leon’s. I do not feel they stand behind their customers when there is a problem. If you are considering these sofas, please do your research and read the reviews carefully before spending your money. I wish I had.

  We purchased 2 loveseats and a couch from Leon's July 11. We contacted Leon's a few days after arrival because the couch and loveseat have defects in the material and it's fading alreadt. No one came to look at the furniture until Aug 10th and he was only here for 10 mins. We paid cash and would like to exchange the furniture for a completely different set. Their reponse is to repair brand new furniture. We do not want repairs done on brand new furniture. We were even going to get a more expensive set.

  UPDATE--- We were called this morning by Melissa the sales manager with a lovely apology. And it was not her fault, but was very appreciated. This also which I did not mention had nothing to do karen the sales woman who did help us in the end. It was a bad experience all together and I should've at least used more information in regards to the issue. Karen who did sell us the bed was lovely. But by that time my wife was stressed and swestong from anxiety, I was confused. But This was not on her. We appreciated the call today and may consider shopping there in future and decided to keep our purchase regardless. Worst shopping experience of our lives today. Terrible sales staff, we left feeling confused and awful about our purchases. We might cancel them before they deliver.

  I purchased a $3000 couch 8 months ago and the foam is completely compressed (I'm only 180 lbs) When I purchased the extended warranty the salesman said everything thing is covered but it isn't. Cheap crap with ZERO warranty. Be careful what you are told and read the warranty fully yourself and don't trust the Salesman.

  I recently had an issue with my purchase at Leon’s Furniture, but I have to give a special thank you to Melissa, the manager, for stepping in and handling the situation so professionally. Melissa took the time out of her busy schedule to personally reach out to me, listen to my concerns, and make sure everything was taken care of. She arranged for my replacement and kept me informed throughout the process. Her customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference. It’s refreshing to have a manager who genuinely cares about her customers and takes the initiative to make things right. Thank you, Melissa, for your excellent service and for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. Leon’s is lucky to have you!
