Good service and response from Leon's Customer Care. My assembly stopped due to a failed support piece... obviously due to it being missed when it left the manufacturer. Customer care looked at it and immediately informed the manufacturer and I had the support piece within a week. And the manufacturer replaced both support pieces...nice! Thank you

I ordered a couch and lift table as soon as I receive it, horrible condition. Our couch was a set, so me and my family opened one part of the couch and wow, horrible quality. It was broken down the middle. After opening the couch part we decided to go to the Leon's store. Not good service, they tried reasoning with us of how their in-store version looks like how it is because it was older but shouldn't the newer one look better?? They kept repeating the same stuff and were not trying to really hear us out. After they suggested, that to get our exchange for the everything it all has to be damaged. So I ask for the rest of my family to open the table and other part of couch to see if it's damaged. Oh my gosh the table was chipped, not well painted, scratched and dented all over. We tried talking to them about how it looks different and they kept telling us the same thing as before. Anyways went back to the house to find more dents and scratches. Before all this even happened the delivery guys were very rough and kept hitting places but whatever because the damage is done. To conclude this review, Leon's has good presentation BUT bad service, delivery and condition which is horrible.

I had been into Leon's off of 50th Street a few times, looking for a sofa for my new place. Every time I was in the store, I was greeted by a sales person but never felt pressured. My last time in, Shala helped answer my questions, assisted me with my final measurements and made my purchase smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend Shala and the South Edmonton Leon's to help your big home purchases less stressful.

Today June 24 we had the pleasure of stopping at Leon's 50th street. We met Ahmed there as we were looking at mattresses. He is a very polite, humble and friendly gentleman that was able to answer every question. And above all he was not pushy! He never talked over us; he always waited until we were done. Very nice young honest man and it was our pleasure to have met him. We did buy a mattress, box spring and cover. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy anything there. We will be back to see him if we ever need anything else. I would give him more than 5 stars as one does not often meet a salesman like him.

Absolutely unacceptable service from Leon’s. We purchased a sofa from your store after the salesperson made countless promises about the quality, durability, and customer support. On top of that, we spent extra money on an extended warranty because we believed we would be protected if something went wrong. Well, the sofa is now broken, and suddenly nobody wants to help. What exactly did we pay for? What is the purpose of selling warranties if you’re not going to honor them when customers need assistance? We trusted your company, spent a significant amount of money, and expected you to stand behind your products. Instead, we’ve been met with excuses, delays, and a complete lack of support. This feels misleading and extremely unfair to loyal customers. A warranty should mean something. Customer service should mean something. Right now, it feels like Leon’s only cares about making the sale and not about helping customers afterward. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I expect Leon’s to take responsibility, honor the warranty we paid for, and resolve this issue immediately. Until then, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Shameful customer service and a terrible experience.
