  Ive chosed Leons on the North side, because they have a free delivery and hawl away at that moment. 30 min of driving to Leon vs 5 mins to Rona. The delivery guys left my new fridge outside infront of the door and didnt even bother taking our old unit out. They said it didnt fit. So I called my friend and eye ball it, it still has half an inch on both side. I understand the fear of scratching the new one, but it seems like they didnt even bother trying to get the old one out. So I got the new fridge in without a scratch. Got the old fridge out and brought it in the garage for easy pick up. The next day, Ive phoned Leons department, talked delivery department, then service department and supervisor on the floor. None of them, would transfer me to the Manager. They all said "the delivery and hawl away is a one time shot only". If they think it wont fit through the door, your out of luck. So ive asked the supervisor "so you're telling me ,half ass job is ok in this company?" She pretty much said yes. Wont be buying from Leons again. We bought so much over the years. Im sure i can find a much, much better customer service elsewhere.

  It was bad idea to buy mattress from Leon when I bought it they were saying there is 10 year warranty on it but only after 15 months mattress turn into bathtub. Called the store they sent some guy with thread to check mattress he said mattress is no good when called the customer service they come up with 100s excuses. It was bad experience to buy mattress from Leon not going to recommend to my family and friends.

  This company has given me the worst customer experience by far of any business I've ever dealt with. Our first experience was last year. We decided to by a couch and 2 recliner chairs from Leons. They said they said they had the couch in stock but not the chairs and the would ship from Vancouver within a week. Long story short, we waiting over 2 months to receive it and 1 chairs arrived broken. We then had to wait another month to get a replacement. Fast forward to May 2026. For some dumb reason we decided to order a LG washer & dryer from them and 3 bar stools. Upon delivery arrival, the guys we're very roughly handling the washer and dryer ,banging it down on my deck. The one guy slammed his dolly down on my deck, left and dent in the deck board and scraped the deck paint. Ends up the dryer was damaged and didnt work properly, a very loud buzzing & rattling noise. I called, called, called ,called again and nobody every answers. After over 2 weeks and dozens of calls, I finally was able to leave a voicemail. After a few days someone called me back and got a new replacement ordered. 5 weeks later they said it would be delivered on July 2nd. I booked the day off work, only to get a called on the morning of July 2nd to tell me they've rescheduled my delivery to July 3rd because they "didnt realize where I lived, and they only come to my area on Fridays". Like seriously?? So now ive lost $1000 of income from day 1 off, and then had to take a second day off. Thats $2000 gone. Get this. The new dryer arrives,,big dent in the side of it!! This place needs to be shut down already. Take your money elsewhere to a business that actually cares because this one surely doesnt.

  We recently visited this location while shopping for living room furniture, and as always, the customer service was excellent. This year we were assisted by Abir, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She offered multiple options that matched our needs, explained everything clearly, and made our decision easy. Outstanding service — we will definitely be returning to work with her again.

  Delayed delivery by 2-4 weeks from promised when purchasing, then when I went in to try and work something out for another model, there was nothing in stock. Like nothing comparable whatsoever. Misleading practices regarding delivery times. Highly recommend going elsewhere. Ive shopped here for years and their practices have gotten shady. Giant waste of time.
