I recently purchased a 5 piece sectional which was delivered to my house on May 1-2026. Upon unpacking everything we discovered that one section had the piston for the recliner broken and there was an indentation on the front left corner. I contacted Leon’s customer service department and was told that they would need to send an inspector before they could replace it. I sent them pictures which clearly indicated where the damage was.
We had to wait until May 14th to get the replacement section. I asked the Leon’s delivery driver to take the cardboard and plastic that they took off the section they brought in and he said he couldn’t and left it on my front doorstep. You would think after I already spent the time to get rid of the garbage the first time that they would be courteous enough to take the garbage with them.

I would've given 5 stars for the store but a miscommunication with the staff lead me to only a 4 star review. However the 2 guys that delivered our new washer and dryer were amazing and they get 5 stars. They had to work in such a narrow stair case and door way with an extremely heavy washer but they handled it like pros and got the job done fairly quickly.
I am extremely grateful to them both.

Love the truck tracker app! You get a big 3hr window. All the 3 guys were very friendly, quick to bring the couch, TV, and freezer into my apartment. I couldn’t help due to recent surgery, but that didn’t even matter. One guy carried the deep freezer like it was a box of feathers. They didn’t bump walls, and set the powered Recliner up in minutes! If I order anything else for my place I hope these 3 guys deliver.

I have had a horrible experience with this location. Bought a full bedroom set from them: bed, chest, dresser and side table.
- ordered brown color but got grey for everything except the chest.
- called the location approximately 6-7 times the same day to speak to the sales rep Ahsan for this error on his end but I was told he was busy and will call me back which never happened.
- got an email from Leon's that a new order has been placed.
No one spoke to me. I wasn’t sure what they were ordering, when I will receive it. Did they just expect me to keep all the opened boxes in my bedroom? What was I supposed to assume without any communication?
2 weeks later I get a call from Leon’s customer service. They called to let me know that the “correct order” that was placed cannot be delivered because the product is no longer available. I advised that I called the location to speak to the sales rep to discuss the issue the very same day but he didn’t call me. I understand there was an error and I wanted to just make it easy for everyone. I just wanted them to change the chest to the same color and end everything but couldn’t convey it because no one called me. The lady said “oh we didn’t know” and again I said that’s because NO ONE CALLED ME. She said she will get her manager to call me. It’s been 2 weeks again and guess what? I didn’t receive any call from the manager.
There was no apology from anyone regarding the error. No one thought of contacting the customer to speak about it. Customer service said oh the person who ordered this is no longer in the department so they don’t know and will get the manager to call. The dresser has a broken part, there is a small chip on the board of the bed, the chest doesn’t match the set. I paid almost $3000 for a set that’s defective, doesn’t match and a store that doesn’t like to communicate with their customers. This is so disappointing. I have been a Leon’s customer for a very long time but will not be going here again. I don’t know even leaving this review here will do anything but at least I got to share my experience!

This is the first review I have given Leon's, but it's about the 4th or 5th time we've ordered from them. Here are my issues, 1) Be more transparent about not collecting the garbage afterwards. We have ordered from several other places that deliver appliances and furniture and they not only take away the packaging but remove the old units as well. 2) Removal of old furniture / appliances. Almost everywhere else does this and it makes for a seamless transition into the new furniture easy. It would have saved me another $300 from having to have it removed myself. Even if an extra removal fee is charged, that's way better. At least then I only have 1 company to deal with moving forward and not 3 as it stands. The delivery guys were good, but didn't mention anything about not taking the packaging with them until the end. I get you have your little fine print that protects you that no one reads for legality purposes, but if you're just going to point to that and not perform basic customer service and be open and honest with your customers, then we can easily find another supplier. Stand out above everyone else and ensure you're performance is key. Everyone can spend money somewhere, but if your customer service is lacking, I can spend it elsewhere. Make it easy for everyone to spend your money with you and they will. Offer a piss poor experience and everyone will read the reviews. I'm a repeat customer, so it's not all bad, but those are just some areas of improvement moving forward.
Here's a quick edit:
We ordered a T.V. on April 22nd - it was out of stock when we ordered, which we knew.
It was supposed to arrive somewhere near May 8th.
We e-mailed about it on May 5th and someone called us back the same day and told us that it was there now and they would call us back within 3-4 days to set-up delivery.
Called again May 12th and we were told that the T.V. was there, and was assigned to us, but that someone else was waiting longer for the same one, so our order was given to them.
So first of all, why would you give anyone's order to someone else? Why would you not order 2 of them to fulfill both orders? Seems a little stupid to me. Especially when someone else all the sudden was waiting longer than us. What gives? Further to that, why didn't someone even lift a finger to call us and explain the mix-up and offer us free installation and a refund for installation? Do you just not like customers? Are you in the business of not being transparent? Seems like that from my last 2 orders...
And yet still silence from Management. I surely won't be ordering from you again. You got my money this time but I will for sure be making smarter choices moving forward if this is the treatment we get.
