  I recently had the pleasure of working with Charlie, a Sales Associate at Leon’s, and I have to say, I’ve never encountered such a patient and professional sales associate in all my years of shopping. His approach, demeanor, and knowledge are truly impeccable. He took the time to listen, answer all my questions, and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend anyone visiting the Leon’s location on 140th Street to ask for Charlie. He is an outstanding representative of the company and deserves recognition for the excellent service he provides. Thank you, Charlie, for making my shopping experience such a positive one!

  Very pushy sales experience. Yesterday I came in to look for a new couch. I was sitting on a couple of couches when a lady came over and asked if she could help. I said yes, that I was looking for a couch and that I wanted something firm and not leather. She showed me a few, including one that reclined on both ends. I told her, “Okay, thanks. I’m going to continue looking, and when I find something I like, I’ll let you know.” Then, as I was continuing to look, the lady and another salesman came up to me. He said he heard I liked a firm couch and told me that the reclining couch the lady had shown me would be good for me and that it was on sale. I told him that I was still looking and that when I saw something I liked, I would let them know. Yes, the couch may have been firm and on sale, but that doesn't mean I liked the style of it. If I’m going to spend money on a couch, I want to choose the one I like—not be pushed toward one the salespeople want me to buy. Because of how pushy they were, I walked out. Let the customer choose what they want. When a customer tells you they are still looking, give them some space.

  I purchased a mattress online. Since we bought a previous mattress from Leon’s I simply re-ordered a similar mattress, so that process was super easy. It was delivered two days later. I was phoned the day prior to arrange the delivery time window. Then I was sent info to track the number of deliveries the truck had ahead of mine so I knew approximately how long they would take to arrive. The delivery crew was quick and efficient. All in all a very smooth process.

  So the men that delivered my furniture were absolutely awesome. Very polite and on time. Very hard working guys. That’s who I would give my 5 stars to Shopping at Leon’s we didn’t find enjoyable. It would be nice to be able to walk around without being watched and followed like a hawk. Not only were we watched by the salesperson but then it seemed like she was being watched and told what to do and say by someone else. If we have questions or need anything we can ask but let people wander without the high pressure sales …..that experience I would give a 2

  We are new to Edmonton and were looking for a furniture store where we could find a comfortable and good-quality sofa for our home. We’re so glad we visited Leon's North! Jane and Daria were both incredibly helpful and friendly. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us choose the perfect leather sofa for our family. We truly appreciate their patience, excellent customer service, and professionalism. We are very happy with our purchase and excited to enjoy our new sofa in our home.
