  I've recently moved and needed to buy several different items to make my new place more homey. Staff Maria and Sarah went out of their way to help me with selections and patiently looked at my photos to help make final decisions. Exchanges were stress free. Very welcoming staff - it's my first visits to their store, but now my 1st stop for anything home or deck related - thanks for making this senior's shopping fun!

  I drove down from Slave Lake specifically to purchase this Tv stand because it showed this location had stock. When I arrived I was informed there was none and the stock online isn’t always accurate. I was bummed out but Molik offered me the display model which I was very happy to take! He wrapped it up for me and helped me load it into my car. I was in and out within 10 mins with exactly what I wanted! Molik was very kind and helpful 5/5!! Thank you :)

  Had a wonderful experience with Claudia! She assisted me with my couch, carpet, and decoration purchases for my small apartment, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. What I appreciated the most was how she continued assisting me through text even outside of work hours and made everything so easy and stress-free. Delivery day went perfectly as well. I’m very satisfied with my purchases and truly grateful for all her help. Highly recommend Claudia if you’re looking for someone patient, responsive, and genuinely caring!

  I had a bit of a mixed experience here. To start with the positives: the buying process was seamless. Molik was a fantastic sales representative, very helpful, knowledgeable, and made selecting the bunk bed and mattress a breeze. Pickup was also handled without any issues. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill during assembly. We discovered missing hardware and a semi-damaged drawer. I drove back to the store to get the missing parts and waited about 30 minutes. The staff member from the back brought out a piece of hardware that I immediately flagged as looking incorrect. He was very persistent that it was the right part, so I took his word for it and went home. Sure enough, it was the wrong piece, leaving me with an incomplete bunk bed taking up floor space. I eventually called Customer Service, and they were excellent. They identified the correct part immediately and mailed it out. However, because the replacement process was already so cumbersome, I decided to just live with the damaged drawer rather than deal with the headache of another back-and-forth. Bottom line: Great sales team (ask for Molik!), but the warehouse/parts support needs better attention to detail.

  Upon checking out, I politely asked if my fragile items could be wrapped in paper, or if no paper was available, if there was any alternative protection for my cups. The cashier, Anita, responded with a noticeably negative attitude. Due to the poor customer service and tone, I immediately requested a refund for my items. When I confirmed that I wanted to proceed with the return, Anita questioned my decision and told my husband and me that we were being “ridiculous” and even suggested that we should seek psychological help after we calmly asked her not to raise her voice at us. Her behavior escalated furthe she used aggressive gestures, rolled her eyes, and continued raising her voice to the point where we felt uncomfortable and had to step back and ask her to calm down. At no point were we confrontational; our only reason for returning the items was the poor service we were receiving. During this situation, the assistant manager was present but chose to walk away rather than de-escalate or assist. After completing the refund, we attempted to speak with the assistant manager, but received a dismissive response: “I will talk to her,” with no acknowledgment of the seriousness of the situation. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism at any JYSK location before. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning.
