Absolutely never shop at this store. I was told by the sales man that I didn't need to order new hoses for my new washer. When the team showed up they said they wouldn't deliver without the new hoses. When I called the store to see what my options were they said I had to call a plumber - an additional $600 cost to me personally for this service call that should have been free of charge. They would provide me with no other options. Would not agree to come out on another date. The worst customer service of all time.

The two fellows who brought the mattress were very efficient and friendly. However I had been expecting them to arrive hours before. It was definitely not their fault. Maybe they have too many stops? They weren’t even finished after they left our place which was almost 7 pm.

Thank you The Brick. We love our new couch and our new rug 💖 Thank you Logan for assisting us and keeping us updated and until after the delivery. You are amazing. The delivery was fantastic, the driver and the one from the main office were calling us and giving us updates on what time they’re coming. It was really a great experience. As for our new couch, we LOVED it. Super comfy, nice, beautiful and super easy to build. We bought the “Scott Living Evolve Modular 4-Piece Linen-Look Fabric Sectional with Ottoman and Feather Down Cushions - Grey.” Our entryway is small so this couch was designed to fit in the hallway and hadn’t had any problem at all. My husband and I only took about 30-45mins building it. Very easy and no need for tools. Our rug was so attractive and the texture was perfect. It compliments our couch. Overall experience was great and pleasant. We really recommend it.💖 Worth it💖

This is just so satisfying after a disappointing event that happened just last Saturday May 30th of this year with our online order. Because of this I was forced to leave a negative review.
The next day SUNDAY, a guy name Logan Aitken regional manager of the Brick called and mentioned that he read my review and apologize for not meeting our expectations. He asked some questions to investigate what happened and give us the assurance that he will make sure that the issue will be addressed appropriately and even promised that we will be happy after the issue has resolved. And it’s done, me and my wife are so happy and the excitement is back knowing that our order is coming much sooner than expected this week and the delivery is FREE. All thanks to Logan who deal and communicate with us for just couple days and give us what he thinks we deserve.
A Regional Manager who check reviews online and does his job even on a Sunday. That’s is amazing and a great way of showing how to be a good leader.
Definitely will buy again at THE BRICK for more awesome stuff for our home.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
