- JDJoshua Dagg4 days ago1.0Ordered two appliances for delivery, one of them got sold to someone else before delivery and the manager tried to charge us a second delivery fee because they didn’t have both appliances in stock anymore at the time of delivery. This was after dodging phone calls to avoid having to deal with the issue. Then the first appliance arrived with a large dent in the side. And we’re still waiting for the last one that was ordered a month ago. Take your business elsewhere, as soon as these guys have your money they lose interest in helping you or treating you fairly.
- SBSally BackusSep 29, 20265.0Excellent service and delivery fabulous!
- DLDiane LegerSep 23, 20261.0Worst service when you call this store and it’s always goes to the answering machine lol that’s stupid .. I wanted answer in purchasing lots of furniture but got my answer cause I call 5 times it’s goes to the answering machine. I guess it’s not worth buying nothing there lol
- DFDebbie FenskeSep 18, 20264.0Everything was good except for the fact that I bought the washing machine on August 31,2026 and it was finally delivered on September 18,2026. I was told they only deliver on Fridays in the rural areas. ( this was told after I called one week ago) So on the 3 rd Friday it finally came at 4:30 ish , I was the last one on their list. You shouldn’t have to wait 3weeks for delivery when you paid 139.99 for delivery. The delivery guys were great .
