Placed online order because they had the correct quantity to fix a wrong order from another store, that store ended up being able to fix it so this order was cancelled but to date have not received a refund. They tell me the order was picked up but provide zero details.

Hopefully they can resolve the issues with the description to make it clear what you get and what is not included. Shopping in store is my preferred way to see what I'm getting. Still have some things to improve, but in the end I am happy with the result. Just wish there could have been a resolution before having to leave a bad review. Nadeem gets 5 stars though! Ordered a door online, it came with a 1/2 door cutout for glass, no where in the description online did it say it didn't come with glass. In the headline of the description it actually said "glass-half lite" which makes it seem like there is glass. It was on clearance for a good price, but at regular price is way to expensive for a door without a lite compared to other stores. When I called about the issue the guy I talked to on the phone gave me some crap about how they do the website stuff in Quebec so it was likely a bad translation. No trying to help please me, didn't actually say much other than blaming someone else and trying to get me off the phone. I will be dealing with other stores for all of my hardware needs from here on out.

I place the order, get the email telling me it’s ready for pick-up, drive to the store after work and go to the service desk to let them know I’m there, they tell me it’s in the yard and send me out there. The young guy out there tells me I have pick the items individually and he will help me load! 25 large patio stones later.. 8 large bags of soil and then I have to head BACK into the store to collect the final two items?!?!? (That was 1 of the 3 orders) Talk about an unorganized run around! Why was this not all packed on a pallet and ready to go? Very very disappointing experience. Products were great but service lacked big time.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. How much time will it take to process my order?
