  I had a great experience shopping at The Brick. The staff were welcoming, patient, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed within my budget. I also want to appreciate the distribution center staff for their professionalism and care in handling my order when I picked up my items. The quality of the furniture and mattress was impressive overall. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend The Brick to friends and family looking for good quality products and excellent customer service. Shoutout to ROYCE from the DC.

  Purchased a patio sectional from The Brick after looking at a number of places. We needed a specific size and the price point was out of our range until we stopped at The Brick. The entire experience was far better than any of the other places. Our sales person worked with us to come up with the best possible deal. We just had to wait until the weekend to pick it up at the distribution centre - no problem. Waiting 2 days saved us the money we needed to make purchasing what we wanted within our price range. We arrived to pick it up on Saturday and Royce was the associate who helped us load the 6 boxes in the back of our pick up. Obviously it was not his first time as he knew exactly how to get them all in perfectly. Did I mention it was SNOWING on Saturday? May long weekend, what do you expect? Well, Royce to the rescue - we told him we were driving the set out to BC and he immediately offered a large sheet of plastic to keep it dry on our 3 hour drive. Worked out perfectly and we made it out without any issues. Great service by everyone!! Thanks!! Oh and we are very happy with our new patio sectional as well - it fit perfectly!!!

  I came in to get a box spring, my boyfriend got a hot dog at the front which was a pleasant surprise. The process was quick and easy, although I did ask the sales associate whether or not the box spring has actual springs in it and they had said yes, but when I received it I realized it, in fact, did not have springs inside.

  I had a wonderful experience purchasing this fridge at the brick. The sales person was to the point Hurd my needs and filled the order quickly. My experience at the warehouse picking up the fridge was amazing also. The attendant that helped me load the fridge also assisted in tying it down and was very pleasant

  Went straight in and asked the first person I saw about a mattress. Told him the specs. He was quick and found exactly what I needed at a 50% sale. Narain, was super helpful and really efficient. Showed me options and flexible options like toppers and bed covers and didnt flex any sales pitches on me. Pick up at the warehouse was pretty quick too. waited maybe 20 minutes but there were 6 customers so to me they were fast. Quite happy!
