Really disappointing customer service and overall experience. I ordered a chair for my nursery and selected the delivery date online. 2 days before delivery I got a call that the chair wasn’t even made yet and it’ll be another month. They put this item on sale without any in stock, that just doesn’t sit right with me. They did absolutely nothing to make it right and I am without a nursing chair when I transition my baby to the crib. The whole reason I bought this item to begin with was because of the delivery date stated online. They called to reschedule the delivery date for a month later and when I said as soon as possible, they replied that it’s not a guaranteed date. So for the second time, i’m selecting a ‘maybe’ delivery date. Save your money and go somewhere that holds higher standards for their business and how they treat their customers.

I received a text message and email, about the delivery window time, the night before as told to me by the sales person and the agent organizing the delivery. In the message, I received a link that allowed me to very easily track the progress of my delivery all day, so I could better organize my time. The delivery arrived exactly as anticipated on the link. The two delivery men were very polite, organized and quick, despite having to deliver all day in very inclement weather. Everything from start to finish went very smoothly. Thank you.

The salesperson at the Beacon Hill location was amazing! The general contractor was paying for our fridge, from his location at the time, in Edmonton. The salesperson created a portal for him to pay online so the fridge could be delivered to our home.
There was a glitch on our GCs end. The salesperson found a workaround creating a solution and the fridge was delivered 2 days later.
The delivery team was polite, on time, respectful of our property and ensured I had no questions before they left. Seamless experience

Today I visited The Brick in Beacon Hill to make a warranty claim for the sofas I purchased. I was assisted by Sal who was extremely professional, courteous and helpful throughout the entire process.
Sal took the time to explain all of my available options and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. He presented several solutions and allowed me to choose the one that best suited my needs without any pressure. He also arranged delivery options that fit perfectly with my schedule which I greatly appreciated.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
