We shopped at a couple furniture stores in the northern part of the city. It was easy to come back to The Brick (Beacon Hill). Other furniture stores did not have any of our choices in stock. Two week wait (we didn’t have that luxury!). We feel we got very good value and our sales associate, Sal, was just so helpful. I will not shop anywhere else for furniture ever again. Did I mention how great Sal was?!?!? Do yourself a favor… Shop there ask for Sal.

So it's time to mattress shop, right? Been needing to do this for a while, so this past weekend was as good a time as any. A quick google search later and I find this excellently priced mattress on sale at The Brick and it just so happens that there's a store about 5 minutes from me. I'm dead set on getting this mattress, so the only step left is actually going to the store to check this thing out on the show floor. I grab my jacket, my ski goggles, a couple of flares in case I get lost in the freak May long weekend snowstorm, and I head out because come Hell or high water, I'm getting a mattress today.
I get there, brush the snow out of my everything and am greeted by the upbeat attitude and smiling face of a gentleman named Rohit. He says to me, "Wow! Thank you so much for braving this weather to come out and see us? What can I help you with?" upon my entry, and the experience just got better from there. We hit the bed section to take a look at my mattress (and some comparably priced alternatives because having options is great,) and with some wise words and careful consideration, I tell Rohit that I'm set on this mattress with this type of box spring, and I'm hoping they can help me with my old pieces. "Not a problem," he tells me, "Does tomorrow sound good for delivery?"
"Holy smokes, absolutely!" Solid sales, fast action, and a quick step-by-step chat about the delivery process. This was a man on a mission to make sure my experience stepping into a Brick store for the first time was as positive as it could be.
Special shout-out to the delivery team too. Communicative enough to let me know they were on the way, quick enough to be in and out faster than it would have taken me to make a sandwich, and professional enough to do a WAY better job at moving my old stuff out without hitting anything than I did moving it in. Efficiently done, gents!
When the need for new furniture arises in my life again (because the roomie owns cats and y'all know how that can turn out,) I will absolutely be looking westward towards The Brick (Beacon Hill location) again.

4 people sitting behind desks at customer “care” counter. They all looked at each other as if saying “you go….no you go…I don’t wanna go….you go….
Finally saunter over and 20 minutes later purchase our item. No hello, no thank you, no how are you. Someone answered the phone while we were standing there and proceeded to talk very condescendingly and roll her eyes and complain in front of us about a stupid customer. And Fatima…SPIT OUT YOUR GUM!! Or at dont chew it so i can see and hear you. Very unprofessional. Sunday May 17 1:00 PM

Very disappointed with the delivery service from The Brick. The delivery drivers were rude and left without assembling the furniture that was promised at the time of purchase. They claimed the room was “not ready,” even though we cleared and prepared the space immediately while they were still unloading the truck.
To make matters worse, the drivers left without taking signatures or properly informing us before leaving. None of these so-called delivery or room preparation instructions were clearly communicated by the salesperson or in any meaningful way beforehand.
Now customer service is hiding behind policy statements that were never properly explained to us at the time of purchase. Extremely poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and terrible customer service overall. I expected much better from a company like The Brick.

We had a wonderful experience at The Brick Beacon Hill, thanks to Guri! From the moment we walked in, he was very welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He took the time to understand the style and look we were going for and helped us coordinate pieces for our living room perfectly.
What we appreciated most was his honesty, attention to detail, and how he made the whole shopping experience stress-free and enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable about the products, gave great suggestions, and made us feel confident with our decisions.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
