They were timely, polite and safely carried a Queen-size large mattress into the house despite the challenging windy conditions. From purchase to delivery, well done to The Brick! 1st Delivery: The Brick delivery team were on time, courteous and efficient. They positioned all purchases where they needed to be and carried away the old mattress and packaging. We were super impressed and couldn't wish for better service. - KVkurtkirk viosAug 7, 20261.0It’s a bad idea to buy from The Brick; if your item is defective, they might replace it at first, but if the replacement unit they deliver is also broken, they claim it’s no longer covered by the warranty. What kind of policy do they have? They expect the customer to bring the item to the store to have it fixed. They don't care if you live far away; their only solution is for you to bring the unit in yourself or accept a mere $50 refund for the damaged product they can't replace. Is that any way to treat a customer after making a profit from them? In the end, they do nothing but say "sorry"! It’s unfair treatment—they just want to make money but take no action regarding the damaged products they supply to their customers!
- ASadham sattiAug 3, 20261.0The Brick in Sunridge is the worst place I have been to, their customer service is horrible. Please if you ever want to buy anything don't go to the Brick by Sunridge. I purchased a couch from the Sunridge location and discovered issues with it the very next day. While another The Brick location provided excellent customer service and worked to resolve the issue, our experience with the Sunridge store, particularly Gagan, was disappointing. A simple exchange turned into over a week of unnecessary delays due to internal disputes over sales credit. As customers, we should never have been caught in the middle of these issues. The staff at the other location were professional and helpful, highlighting the poor service we received at Sunridge. Customer satisfaction should always come before internal sales or commission disputes.

Absolutely. If you find the same brand and model currently advertised at a lower price by The Brick or a competitor within 30 days of pick up or delivery, then we'll refund you the difference. Some conditions apply. Check the Price Guarantee page on our website for full details.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
