    Absolutely worst experience with The Brick. Their “5-year warranty” is basically a joke. They are very happy to take your warranty money, but when something actually breaks, suddenly nobody wants to help. Our dining chair broke while STILL under warranty. First they sent a technician for inspection, then started giving excuse after excuse just to avoid honoring the claim. After chasing customer service for months, they told us they would order parts and repair the chair. Then after wasting almost 4 months of our time, they came back with “Sorry, parts unavailable” and closed the claim anyway. So customers pay extra for protection, spend months calling and following up, only to get absolutely nothing in the end? What kind of customer service is that? The sad part is we have all the proof — invoices, warranty documents, inspection records, emails, and claim details. Everything is documented. If anyone from The Brick wants to see it, we can gladly provide all the evidence. This whole process felt dishonest, misleading, and like they were just waiting for us to give up. Save your money and do not fall for the extended warranty scam. I want to complaint the file if someone know . If anyone knows about any number or email for complaints Message me . Because it’s not our problem if under warranty brick not arrange the parts . We paid money a lot . It’s totally scam . ..

    Nate,Very knowledgeable and a great help. Taking me through the store and showing me all of the fantastic items that I purchased. Hes a keeper. Better hold on to this guy,even if you have to give him a raise. Hint hint. Thanks Nate. Ill be back to see you again for more great buys. Cheers

    Really disappointed about the warranty, management of the store and customer service, because I bought furniture from them in Sep- 2023 when I was buying it they were so nice, but when I got problems with my leather sofa and two love seats in only 2 years, and I have warranty for 5 years now they are ignoring me. I went to the store more then 3 times, but no satisfaction answer, and last time the manager said she will talk to someone and will give me a call she didn’t call back, and I’m trying to contact her by email and call she is not replying, yesterday they put me on hold for 25 minutes and in the last they hang up, now I’m trying to contact the Brick Distribution centre and let’s see what happens.

    Why did I shop at the Brick? Bought a couch a week ago during the sale. I paid for and booked delivery for this weekend (05/09/2026) because I cannot be home for the random window during the week. Here it is Friday night and they cannot deliver tomorrow as scheduled, or the following day. I can have a weekday random time or next weekend. Im getting my money back tomorrow. Multi-million dollar company and they cant (wont) find someone to follow through and deliver. I wont be back.

    I walked into The Brick, Sunridge location with the hopes of getting a refund for the Sofa, TV and sound bar I got because I had an unpleasant experience with the customer service. I met with Omran, told him about the situation and the fact that I most importantly needed a refund. He was calm and patient with me and assisted me in navigating my displeasure with the customer service and this made me changed my mind about getting a refund. Omran was a wonderful sales associate to me and I recommend him anytime
