Awesome set of guys! New to calgary I left the house to get free pancakes when they called my son was home he let them in they set up the table explained the care of the furniture and how to store the extension for the table when not in use. I was the bad customer should have left money for a tip my son got there email and I will send them the tip! Amazing experience from the sales rep to the store manager right down to the delivery process viste the Brick in the NE the team there runs a tight well organized team honest fair and charming!

Thank you for the hassle free, exceptional service while orderingour new fridge! We spent maybe 15 minutes in the store ordering, and when they delivered it only took a few minutes! The delivery guys were really nice and very professional. The Brick is a must if you want a trustworthy and easy process.

Do not buy from here!! Terrible customer service. We went in person to purchase a dining table. We were told we couldn’t pick it up same day, so we drove to the warehouse the following morning to pick up the table (we drove over an hour on both days to do so). We got home and unboxed it to find it broken. Tried to call the store many times, however it always go to voicemail and no one returns any calls. We had to call the warehouse to get in contact with the store, even once in contact, they would promise to return calls within an hour on multiple occasions and never did. We had already driven over 2hours and ended up with a broken table so requested delivery for our troubles. They were unwilling to accommodate in anyway. We asked to speak with a manager we would never go through despite multiple attempts. After calling for 4 hours we eventually in contact with the manager, they refused to compensate us for the delivery fee after all our troubles and eventually hung up the call on us. If I could do 0 stars I would.

I claimed for my sofa seats as they pushed more than 50% as I paid more for warranty when I bought it from their store but they declined our claim by saying warranty is being handled by another company.It raise question on quality of material as well as service of commitment.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
Before purchasing my sectional sofa, I specifically asked what would happen if there was any issue after delivery. The salesperson and manager both repeatedly assured me several times that if there was any problem, they could take it back. Based on those assurances, I felt comfortable making the purchase.
When the sofa was delivered, it turned out to be far too large for my living room. I immediately contacted the store expecting the same support that had been promised to me before the sale. Instead, I was told that because the sofa had already been delivered, there was nothing they could do and it was now my responsibility.
I understand that stores have return policies, but what disappoints me is that the information I was given before purchasing was completely different from what I was told afterward. Had I been told the truth from the beginning, I would have measured more carefully or chosen a different sofa.
I feel misled by the sales process and disappointed by the lack of customer service after the sale. My advice to future customers is to get every promise in writing and not rely solely on verbal assurances.
I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
