  Called in while out of the country to make a payment and the manager was very uncooperative didn't wanna help didn't want to tell me how to make an account didn't wanna explain to me the breakdown of my invoice I explained to her that I'm new client and I'm trying to figure out how to create an account she told me she would give me the number to her boss even though she's the manager there and said that she would transfer me and hung up the phone on me multiple times she kept giving me an attitude and kept speaking to me an unprofessional tone and manner which I didn't appreciate whatsoever honestly I would never deal with this storage unit ever again with this unprofessional lady I didn't catch her name I couldn't pronounce it properly but I believe it was an African lady who claims to be the manager they're very rude very unprofessional not helpful at all kept hanging up the phone on me wouldn't even allow I kept saying to her this call recorded I said great well then we'll see that I'm trying to make a payment and you're denying me I asked several times for you to help me guide me in the right direction if I'm trying to make a payment on my account I'm so tired of this I've called over three times and over and over there there's no one else I could speak to except for her who keeps dealing with me and unprofessional tone and manner and speaking to me with an attitude and talking back for no reason it's like she had a problem answering questions and doing her simple job

  Poor customer service and poor communication. I went in to cancel my unit 4 days before my new billing period, because they did not return my call after 2 days of leaving messages, so when i went in they said I had until 11pm that day to clear out. I was out at 10:30 am and it was verified. The next day I get a invoice in the mail for the next month. I call and she said , Yes you were out on time but I forgot to not charge you, HUH? she said she would issue a refund that day. Its on day 3 now and after 2 e-mails and a voice mail still no refund, no communication, nothing but terrible service. ALSO I had a larger unit with them 4 months ago, went to downsize the locker with 1 week still paid for, I asked should I move it to the smaller locker now or wait, she said it doesn't matter, so I moved thinking the new billing for the new locker would start in a week...NO they charged me the full month for my large locker and started a new month in the new locker that day! When I went in and asked the same lady who gave me the advice, she said basically "too bad" its in your agreement, you should have read that...and she would not do anything for the double billing, pathetic, I will not go back to Sentinel again!
