  The rental process was amazing. Moving is so stressful and the staff understood this. Every person I spoke with was courteous, patient and thoughtful. They answered all my questions and any concerns I had. There’s no surprise hidden fees and staff is always reachable. Moving out of the storage unit was equally easy. No hassle, no surprise charges, just simple courtesy. I wasn’t paid or received compensation of any kind for my review, I’m just a real person who was struggling with a terrible move who was looking for a company I could trust. I was lucky to have found Sentinel Storage. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs worry free storage from a company that actually cares.

  Sentinel storage has been great to work with and the unit is so convenient. Regularly having to move large props in and out of storage, this location has easy pull through access for large vans and vehicles with loading ramps so we're not throwing out our backs loading a large wooden table. Highly recommend.

  I and my family had a storage unit at this location for many years. The facility was always spotless, temperature controlled was perfect for our needs. Access to the unit was good, the hours you could access the unit are generous. Any staff that I dealt with were friendly and helpful. I would hightly recommend this facility to anyone storing antiques or other furniture requiring temperature and humidity control.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Sentinel Storage Calgary South East. Kyle, the assistant manager, was very professional, helpful, and respectful throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend this storage location to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place to store their belongings. 👍🔒📦
