  Came in with very specific needs but not a whole lot of budget. Preeti was an angel! She’s so knowledgeable and quickly found a solution that works! She was able to set us up in good time and we got our stuff in storage within the afternoon. Highly recommended!

  I had great experience since December I stored my all stuffs securely as I moved out from my previous family house, now I found my new house to settle down I took out all of them. Thank you for the long time stay and finally time is up to move on.

  I was able to secure a storage spot for my car in preparation for a month long trip. Preeti was very helpful. My only hang up was that the garage door kept closing by itself so I needed a hand getting my car in. Otherwise all great.

  Preeti at Pegasus Rd location was incredible after a mix up in our bookings, she stayed after hours to get us sorted and went above and beyond while being super friendly. We really appreciate it Preeti, and our unit is great!!

  AVOID!!! The online "Express Checkout" system failed entirely. My card was charged immediately, but the system failed to provide a locker number, access codes, or facility entry instructions. Furthermore, the automated system called and disconnected twice. Due to the lack of communication, I had to resolve the matter in person. The on-site customer service representative was unfamiliar with their own website’s express rental protocol and attempted to initiate a second paperwork and billing cycle. No attempt at customer retention was made; the representative simply agreed to reverse the charge (which has NOT happened as of typing this.) If you are moving to Calgary and require reliable, functional long-term storage, look elsewhere. The digital infrastructure is broken and the staff is untrained to handle it. AVOID!!!
