- PCPatricia ClaerenAug 19, 20262.0My contents were in storage at this location for over 3 years. The facility is clean and secure. Christina and new staff were excellent. I have moved my contents to a new storage provider who offers monthly payments on the same day every month. As a senior on a fixed income I find this much more manageable.

Customer service has deteriorated since the change in personnel. I moved to Bow City Storage, whose staff are more welcoming and accommodating.
- DHDan HallJul 27, 20261.0I missed taking lock of on July 3rd at end of lease , I had emailed 2 weeks prior to advise I want renewing . Charged me $220.00 for the entire month. I removed lock July 6th and they only gave a $120.00 credit
