Absolutely amazing experience with this storage. It was our first time renting the storage for moving purpose and everything was great! The storage is big, clean and comfortable! Big thanks to the employe Rofe who helped us with move-in and move-out! The storage has all that you need the big gate door, carts for loading and more!

I found a much bigger unit elsewhere for $70 a month. When I first came to this place it was $50 a month. Then suddenly, after 4 months, the bill turned into $110 a month. For something that is barely 2 square feet big. Also the woman working at the front desk is quite rude and nosy. Tells people they can't smoke cigarettes on a public sidewalk and tells people they can't use a plug to charge a device while they tend to their locker, even though that was nowhere in the stated rules and the plug is uncovered. The location is terrible as well. The building always smells of urine. Way better deals elsewhere with much more polite people.

I rented a locker at this place, and Laureen was absolutely amazing throughout the process. She went above and beyond to help me and provided exceptional customer service. I was genuinely impressed to receive such a high level of care and professionalism. I would definitely come back to this place if I ever need their services again. If you need any help, Laureen is definitely the person to ask for!

I would like to say! That is sentinel location is the most friendliest and helpful location ever, for my first time using storage this will be my go to place. Immediately I would love to shout out ROFE!!! ROFE IS THE BEST!!!! She made my storage experience incredibly easy and was absolutely thorough and transparent with the details with how the facility and the storage works and the costs and how billing works. And rofe is so personable, kind and absolutely wonderful to talk to! And those are qualities that I truely appreciate the most about her! This place is quite affordable especially the special rates they have, and the moving in and out process is absolutely easy and exceptional. I’ve already started recommending this location to a lot of friends and the team here as a whole have been a life saver and super accommodating for a last minute move in. 100/5 stars if I could just to show my appreciation and I will be back again 😊😊😊
