Awesome service, Arsh helped me with electrical and tool and have to say he is really knowledgeable and helpful. I don't know anything about finishing nails and what i need but he understood my purpose and help in selecting what type of nail i need and gave me the right product and helped me in electrical as well, and made my shopping much easier.

The majority of the people that work here are unhelpful and it’s a bit of surprise given that another branch is located so close to - and is so much more superior.
Particular the blond long haired man who was monitoring the self check on August 8, 2026 at closing time is very rude, unhelpful and incompetent.
All in all, shopping here is very underwhelming and disappointing. Just go to the location next to the goodlife instead - they are so much kinder and so much more willing to do their jobs.

Went to Rona for a specific product...walked the entire store looking for it...couldn't find it and couldn't find an employee to help us...when we did they were running off in a different direction...when we finally found one he told us he worked outside and we needed to find an inside employee...well good luck with that...the only time we got directed to where the item was ,was from the girl manning the self checkout when she heard us complaining about the lack in customer service. Very disappointed in the horrible service...I will be avoiding this Rona at all costs.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. When will my online payment be processed?

How much time will it take to process my order?

How do I know that truck/van is available for rental at RONA location?
If you see a truck or van parked at the store, that’s the first sign that it’s available for rent. To save yourself a trip, you can call the RONA store’s customer service desk ahead of time to confirm availability. Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
Are there any other conditions I should know before renting truck/van?
