I just read previous reviews of this store location Rona+ @ McKenzie Town and agree 100% there is discrimination based on your ethnic origin. I went today with my spouse and in the clearance location picked up an open bag of Lawn soil which was open and was at the counter for billing. One of the manager might be same old guy who may have done this with many before walked in suddenly inspected that bag and said in a rough tone to the billing lady this is full price. I told him you can check it was a open bag picked up at clearance location for which he pointed the splashed soil outside of the bag and said this soil doesn't mean open and pushed me hard physically with his fingers for which I objected and showed him that the bag was open for which to my surprise and awkwardness he came with a comment saying I am seeing you for last three days you coming to the store. Yes I have had multiple trips and have purchased for more than thousand of dollars for my Home Garden set up and was not like the consecutive last three days. Even if I am going for last three days for my purchases how does this justify his actions and behavior which is totally not acceptable. I have travelled all around the world to many countries and never ever in my life faced such discriminatory behavior without a valid reason and a pathetic justification. At first he was at wrong side without checking properly commenting and then when it was evident he came with real intention of as to why i am coming to the store for purchase. I believe Rona+ are not doing charity that he is objecting my visit rather I am spending dollars for the purchase.

I visited Lowe's today seeking a Delta faucet cartridge. What followed was less of a shopping trip and more of an epic fantasy quest.
Armed with a part number, I journeyed to the exact aisle the internet instructed me to visit, where I discovered not the part itself, but a mysterious card bearing its number. Encouraged, I brought this artifact to the front of the store.
I was then directed to Aisle 16.
Aisle 16 contained doors.
Not plumbing. Not faucet parts. Just doors.
After consulting the sages at Customer Service, I learned that six of the parts allegedly existed somewhere within the store. A plumbing expert was summoned. Time passed. More time passed. Eventually word arrived that the expert could be found at the plumbing desk.
The plumbing desk was empty.
I wandered the plumbing aisles several more times, questioning my life choices and whether the faucet leak would simply become a permanent feature of my home.
At last, a kind employee from another department took pity on me. He scanned the part number, tracked down its secret location, retrieved a ladder, climbed into the heavens, and returned with the legendary Delta cartridge I had been seeking all along.
Five stars for the employee who completed the final stage of the quest.
One star deducted from the store layout for turning a simple plumbing repair into an immersive role-playing experience.
Would adventure here again.

coming from another rona+ associate at a different store, my five stars are going directly to two amazing associates. clayton was a HUGE help and was very easy to communicate with over the phone! there was a slight misunderstanding between our stores with an order and clayton gave perfectly clear directions on how not only i could take care of it, but also how they were going to sort it out on there end. i also recieved many follow up calls from clayton to make sure i knew what was going on. the second associate was david who actually came down to my rona location to pick up the order and i believe he brought it to the customers house. never been to the store so i may be a bit biased but great work from these two associates!

I didn't want to, but I'm forced to say this because I've never complained about any business before. But today I have to speak out about Rona+ at the McKenzie location because of the attitude and handling of a manager whose name I don't know. He's a bit older and wears reading glasses. Perhaps he saw me as an Asian immigrant, so there seems to be some kind of discrimination or something, and his way of speaking to me was disrespectful from the start. The thing is, I bought a can of Sico solid stain paint a few days ago, and today I stirred it before painting, but the more I stirred, the more air bubbles appeared. I let it sit for an hour, and the bubbles still hadn't subsided. I thought it was okay, so I went ahead and painted. After it dried, I checked and found that my painted wall had many air bubbles. Then I took it back to the store to ask their staff why it was like that, and they called the manager to check. I told them to open the paint can and showed them the many air bubbles. The manager said he didn't know why and that they weren't responsible for the problem and wouldn't issue a refund. I didn't ask for a refund; I just asked why it was like that, if there was a way to fix it, or if they would switch me to a different supplier so I wouldn't have this problem after painting. But the manager was annoyed and spoke to customers in an unacceptable tone, so I couldn't stay calm. He then spoke to me more gently, but he didn't solve anything, especially considering he was the manager of such a large business. I will never go back to this place again, and I advise everyone to stay away from this store because I've seen many negative reviews about them. was one of those victims

Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?

How do I know that truck/van is available for rental at RONA+ location?
If you see a truck or van parked at the store, that’s the first sign that it’s available for rent. To save yourself a trip, you can call the RONA store’s customer service desk ahead of time to confirm availability. Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
