- CCConnor1 day ago1.0Why do these stores try to compete with amazon? If I wanted to order an item online its not going to be from rona, your stores are for going to in order to purchase the item we need right now. Call and ask if they have the item before you waste your time expecting a home hardware store to have generic plumbing parts.
- TTThriftygirldesigns “Thriftygirldesigns”5 days ago5.0I went to forest lawn Rona location for an electric fireplace today. I want to give a top review for Robert who helped me instore and the two gentlemen in the yard. Great , friendly and quick service. It was So worth the drive in from Strathmore to Calgary. Clean, well organized store with top notch employees! Thanks again!!
- BHBrandon HendricksSep 28, 20261.0Rona never ceases to disappoint!! Every damn time I give Rona a chance, and they almost always disappoint me!! It's unreal how shitty of a selection of stuff that Rona has. I went to just get a simple wall patch, I go in, and all they have is some stupid janky plastic patches that aren't worth shit!! I use hardware stores all the time, and I have just about had it with Rona, and will drive 10 extra km, just to go to Home Depot!!
- MBM BossSep 11, 20265.0I love coming to this Rona location! The store is always super clean, organized, and welcoming. A huge shoutout to the manager, Robert, he went above and beyond to help me find the lamp parts I was looking for. He was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and patient. Robert is doing a fantastic job managing this store and leading a great team. Keep up the awesome work!
- MCMajd CSep 9, 20265.0Came in last minute and I wanted an item that wasn't on display, even though it was already 8 pm. They went out of their way to get the ladder and get the item for me. Props for Suhail and the ladies for being super helpful!
