- KKKate4 days ago1.0Woman’s washroom is always disgusting. Every single stall today had something gross going on, toilet paper all over the floor etc. I didn’t take pics of it all. I stop by fairly often for garden stuff and landscaping supplies, the toilet has had the same “spots” on it the last few times I’ve been. They need to put a little more money into cleaners.

I don’t understand how they don’t just give someone a power washer and hose it down weekly or install some bird deterrents. It’s crazy I’ve lived here for years and it’s never gotten better. I would love to shop here if everything wasn’t covered in a layer of bird crap. I’d rather travel 15min to any other home improvement store than wade through the bird poop they let accumulate. It is disappointing.
- NONick OlssonJun 8, 20261.0I tried calling multiple times earlier in the week in regards to a specialty lumber product and was hung up on/put on hold everytime i tried to reach someone in the lumber department. Ended up calling the Bowness Rona and they were able to help me out immediately and let me know the product was discontinued. My father and I then had to come in a few days later as they were the nearest store that carried a specific length of wood I needed. I had to have them page a lumber yard attendant because no one was around and the length I needed was mixed in with other lengths. Once that was sorted, we were told we could pull in and load the wood. I bought some hardware first, and then while at the self checkout, asked the attendant if I paid for the lumber there/if she had or could look up the SKU, or if I paid at the lumber gate, which to me seemed like a reasonable question. She audibly scoffed and began making sarcastic remarks as if I was an idiot for asking, and then when she failed to look up the SKU, told me to see the pro desk and walked away. Absolutely terrible service and I have never been so frustrated with an attendant I my life. My Father was also shocked at the disrespect shown and we were both in disbelief. I would advise anyone heading here to not waste their time and just go to the Bowness Location for better service or better yet go to Home Depot. I know I won't be back
