- SSSteve Sutcliffe3 days ago2.0The staff here were pretty good, although they all looked very tired and probably overworked. But they did stop whatever they were doing to help, which was great. The store itself though is pretty awful. There was bird poop on the display shelves. I tried to pick up module shelving, the site said they had four, but they weren't able to find any in the store at all. I bought a different set of shelves, which I found out later had dried bird poop all over. After I cleaned it and went to assemble it I found out it was missing over half of the parts. It was a hassle from start to finish there and I'm just not going to go back.

The korky section is good. However I do find their valve section and over all plumbing supplies brands etc is a bit lack luster. Definitely some quirky stuff. Does management really see decent turn over of this stuff? If you need help identifying common parts used by home owners and plumbers alike feel free to contact me. I'd love Rona to look in to Canadian or Chinese brands over American. No need to buy American when it is supplied by China. Why pay a middle man? Definitely NOT America..

No attempt to call for customer service. Walked past 8 aisles not a soul. Thing is this is not the only Rona here that is like that. Rona Lethbridge is awesome with customer service. Home Depot are right there takes you to where part is and asks anything else they can help us with. Be better people
