- KMkc mSep 6, 20261.0Don't use the outdoor screw from Rona, I bought screws from rona and fasten on the wooden deck board, around one month later many of screws broke off inside the wood, resulting in a lot of deck board cupping that also need to be replaced. When I discussed this with rona's store manager, he said he'd never had this experience before, as if I was trying to cheat him, his service was extremely irresponsible. I am a carpenter.

- CMConnie MclaughlanAug 27, 20265.0I usually feeling awkward and overwhelmed in hardware stores even with my list on hand, but my recent experience at this Rona was exceptionally good due to the efficienct and pleasant demeanor of each of the 3 service staff that helped me (location of an item, product information for another, checkout). Without hesitation one man recommended and showed me the foam best suited for my small project. I was thrilled to have someone with that knowledge help me. The icing on the cake was the curly haired young man at checkout who made conversation that had me feeling like a human and not a number, thus the dreaded trip to the store became the highlight of the day.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
