  This was my first time purchasing here (dining room table and chairs), and they were amazing. Bryce and Surena were absolutely fabulous to work with. Both are extremely knowledgeable and made the order too easy. I can't wait to work with them on furnishing our new build!

  We had an exceptional experience at RH, and a huge part of that was thanks to Ash Virk, Assistant Gallery Leader. The furniture and overall quality at RH are outstanding, but Ash truly made our experience memorable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, guiding us through all of our choices and helping us put everything together with confidence. She took the time to understand our style and what we were looking for, offering thoughtful recommendations without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Ash made the entire experience enjoyable and effortless from start to finish. Exceptional products paired with truly exceptional service.   I was extremely disappointed with my experience at RH Calgary. Historically, I received excellent service from a designer who has since left the company. Following her departure, I experienced multiple instances where quoted prices increased by as much as 50% overnight, and RH would not honor the original pricing. Most recently, I noticed that the 10 custom dining chairs I purchased less than two years ago are now priced nearly 50% lower than what I paid, and this is their regular price, not a sale price. When I raised my concerns, I was simply told that prices fluctuate. While I understand that pricing can change over time, the combination of inconsistent pricing practices and the unwillingness to stand behind quoted prices has left me with little confidence in the brand.
