  Delivery was great, they called to let us know they were on their way, took the sectional out of the boxes outside and were very careful bringing in each piece at a time. They assembled the legs and placed it where we wanted. The only minor incident is that they did leave a black scuff mark on the floor, that’s proving difficult to remove

  I was notified properly 30 mins out and 5 mins out from the delivery time. Both gentelmen were respectful and quick. They also asked permission if they can wear their shoes on which I agreed to make it easier for them to come in and out. They also made sure all plasrics, tapes and zip ties were taken out properly which helped the clean up so much easier . Thank you

  These gentlemen who delivered my sofa were amazingly quick and on time!! The app that they send so you can follow them is really fabulous!! They helped me move my old couch out onto the patio since I didn’t have any help which I thought was very generous of them!! They are what makes Leon’s a great company to buy from and my new sofa looks beautiful in my new apartment and they put it together and cleaned up all the plastic and cardboard before they left All done in under 30 minutes!!! Thank you 🙏🏽

  This was the worst experience I have ever had. I purchased a washer and dryer, but when the installer came to install the dryer, he said that the vent opening on the wall was too far back and that he could not install the dryer. He simply left without completing the installation. I was also told that the vent hose I purchased from Leon’s was too short and that I should go to the store myself to exchange it. After that, I hired a handyman, and he was able to install the dryer without any problems. The entire installation was completed easily in about 30 minutes. The last time I purchased a dishwasher from Leon’s, the space was very tight, but the installer worked hard and managed to install it successfully, so I had been confident in Leon’s service. However, after this experience, I don't think I will purchase anything from Leon’s again.

  The two gentlemen who were are delivery drivers and movers were polite, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They bothered to take off their shoes( last delivery guys not same company, couldn’t care less), they made sure to close the door as we have pets 2 cats( although they were already put away into a closed off room)so they wouldn’t escape. They are family too and we live close to a highway, were careful moving both the old appliances out, and the new appliances in, we’re careful to go over the order instructions ( as I accidentally booked my date for the same day as my already existing dental appointment, and wasn’t sure if I’d make it back in time from Calgary?, and as I couldn’t speak ( only written), as I had major dental work done, were accommodating to my situation. One of the gentleman even went so far as to say “ I hope you feel better “, showing concern on the way out. We are pleased with everything. Placement, hookup, instruction, etc. I am a fan of Leon’s, and have been for over 30 years. The expectation is clear when you deal with them..” They take care of their customers, as customers are #1 to any business model, and again the have not disappointed me, and have had me return once again as a valued customer. From start to finish.. if you’re looking for you next place , to buy furniture, electronics, appliances, or any other household items, I highly recommend and encourage you to check out your local “Leon’s “. !
