  I would like to sincerely thank the delivery team, Thomas and Victor, for their outstanding service. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, well-trained, experienced, respectful, and handled everything with great care. Their attitude and work ethic truly made the delivery experience smooth and stress-free. Top-notch service from both of them. I would also like to appreciate the Store Manager, Mr. Marwan, who was excellent throughout the process. He was very responsive, returned calls promptly, answered all my questions professionally, and made sure concerns were addressed properly. Great customer service from him as well. That is also one of the reasons why I personally flew to the Winnipeg store to meet Ms. Maher. She provided absolutely excellent customer service and truly went above and beyond to help me. She treated me with respect, professionalism, patience, and genuine care throughout the entire process. It is rare to find someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction, and I truly appreciate all her efforts. Unfortunately, despite all of this, the sale still ended up going through the Calgary salesperson, which was very disappointing. My experience with the Calgary salesperson was honestly not pleasant. I genuinely felt judged based on appearance and assumptions rather than being treated fairly and professionally as a valued customer. The communication often felt dismissive, lacked warmth, and did not reflect the level of customer care I expected. Every customer deserves to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated regardless of their background or situation. Thankfully, the professionalism and dedication shown by Thomas, Victor, Mr. Marwan, and Ms. Maher helped restore some faith in the company’s customer service experience.

  We had a great experience with Mr. Karan. He provided excellent customer service, shared very helpful information, and made the entire process of selecting our sofa smooth and convenient. He was patient, knowledgeable, and guided us well throughout. The delivery team was also very efficient and quick. Everything was handled professionally and delivered on time. Highly appreciate the excellent service. Thank you! Highly recommend furniture from Leon’s.

  The delivery gentleman were wonderful. They did a great job and very respectful. I would definitely recommend them again. My sales person on the other hand was only about getting a sale even though I talked to him he was supposed to have the mattress picked up and he did not have that on the invoice. He told me it would be 10 to 14 days it wound up being 14 to 30 days. I would definitely recommend the Home delivery service they were very 100% great but I would definitely look for a new sales person the next Time I purchased something I will not use the same sales person again

She is hands-down one of the best sales associates I’ve ever dealt with in furniture retail. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Unlike other places where you feel pressured, Valeriya took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for — my budget, space constraints, and style preferences. She walked me through multiple options, explaining the pros and cons of different materials, frame quality, and delivery timelines with complete honesty. What stood out the most was her patience and attention to detail. She helped me find the perfect sofa, made sure I got the best price by applying all available promotions, and even followed up to ensure the delivery went smoothly. If you’re shopping at Leon’s, do yourself a favour and ask for Valeriya B. She truly cares about her customers and goes above and beyond. Thank you, Valeriya — my home looks amazing because of your help! The delivery team from Leon’s was fantastic. They arrived right on time, were polite and professional, and handled my furniture with great care. They unboxed everything, placed it exactly where I wanted, and even cleaned up the packaging afterward. No scratches, no stress—just smooth and efficient service. Highly recommend!

  I had a terrible and extremely frustrating experience with the salesperson Omid Khatami at Leon’s Furniture. When I was trying to purchase a mattress, he aggressively pushed me to buy a mattress protector and gave me completely misleading information. He told me that if I did not buy the protector, the warranty on my mattress would be cancelled right at the time of purchase. That is not true. What I later found out is that not buying the protector only means I would not qualify for the Sleep Tight Comfort Guarantee. It does not mean the actual mattress warranty is automatically cancelled. There is a big difference, and as a customer, I feel I was deliberately misled in order to pressure me into buying an extra product. I was honestly disgusted by this kind of sales tactic. I do not appreciate being lied to or manipulated when making a purchase, especially on something as important and expensive as a mattress. Because of this experience, I refused to buy from this location and went to the Leon’s Furniture at CrossIron instead, where I purchased my mattress. Very disappointed. Customers deserve honesty and transparency, not pressure, lies, and misleading sales tactics.
