  This is a zero star review. Bad bad experience with Leons Calgary CrossIrons mills store to be specific. We bought the black metal bunk bed and they said it would arrive in 2weeks. We had to call them in the third week and they told us we had to come pick it up though the initial agreement was that they would deliver. After refering to our agreement, they said they would deliver in 6 days. Upon the delivery of the bunk bed, the box looked battered as if we were sold a returned item, the box was old but then we thought maybe we are reading too much into it. Today we tried to assemble it and some pieces are missing so we cannot assemble it. Our kids were really excited about the bunkbed and they have been waiting for it for over 4 weeks. Before we tried to assemble the bunk bed, we disassembled & discarded the twin bed the kids were using to create space. Since we could not assemble the bed, the kids will be sleeping on the floor tonight. I am not happy at all. We will be going to the store tomorrow (Sunday) to try to get the missing pieces.

  Very disappointed with our experience at Leon’s. We ordered a dining table five weeks ago and were told the delivery timeline would be 4–6 weeks, which is also reflected on our invoice. We purchased the table specifically because we needed it for a dinner party on July 4. When we called to check on the order, we were told it now may not arrive until the end of July. That is well outside the timeline we were given at purchase, and it leaves us scrambling after planning around the date Leon’s provided. What made the situation worse was the lack of helpful customer service. The response felt like “sorry, nothing we can do,” with no real effort to escalate, offer a solution, or acknowledge the inconvenience. I understand delays can happen, but if a company gives a delivery window at the time of purchase, customers should be able to rely on it. At minimum, Leon’s should be proactive, transparent, and willing to make things right when they miss their own timeline. Unless this is resolved quickly, I would have a hard time recommending Leon’s to anyone looking for reliable delivery or helpful follow-up after a sale.

  ATTENTION; Not horrible, but horrific service from this place 2024 bought couches from them. Seamless. May 22 2026, Cassandra the sales person is the only good thing about my experience. Spent another $7,000 on basically a ton of furniture with a promise “2 weeks delivery but 3 weeks max” 2 weeks I get most of the items but one damaged. The rest never showed up. I had to call them TWICE. Spoke to Gladys. Got given a new date. And a $75 refund. Great June 25 they randomly decide today will be the day my damaged product will be replaced. I was going to be home 2 hours after they called me (my window was until 5pm) driver can’t finish the rest of the delivery and tells me to rebook. I’m more than a month out of these. I can’t get a manager on the phone for the life of me. I’m chasing my own furniture I bought. I find out all these surprises because I follow up and not them. I’ll be shocked if a manager actually calls Me back. I have the rest of my house to furnish and I’ll absolutely shop everywhere else before I touch this place ever again

  We had a great experience working with Mohammed. Leon’s should be lucky to have this young man. He helped me find the perfect couch at an excellent price and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Mohammed was knowledgeable, professional, and patient in answering all my questions. His customer service was outstanding, and he genuinely cared about helping me get the best deal possible. I highly recommend Mohammed to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional service. Thank you for the great couch and the fantastic deal! Delivery drivers were amazing. I never expected this kinda top notch service. Thank you folks not using shoes and entering into my place. Not every merchant gets that. Kudos to these hard working people. Definitely going back to Leons.

  Came into your location today looking to buy a couch and chair combo. Found one that I really liked, and was approached by a sales rep. They checked stock and found that they had 2 of the couches in the Edmonton warehouse, but were out of stock of the chair until September. I had no reservations about buying the floor model, as I've done many times in furniture stores before. I advised the sales rep of this. She replied with " Leon's doesnt sell any floor models". I was a bit confused and asked if she could ask a manager to come speak with me. She went to the back, came out, and said "They said no". I did not get to speak with said manager. I was set on buying this couch and chair, and it would have been a quick and easy transaction. Maybe that is policy, but I find it ridiculous that you would leave a floor model on the floor for the next 3 months, that people are not even able to PURCHASE, mind you- instead of selling it and then setting up a new floor model when you have it back in stock. Quite disappointed, but looks like I'll have to go elsewhere.
