So I searched online and found out that BestBuy is the authorized seller in Saskatoon. I dropped of the item on Aug 9 , since then I have just one update( sms attached) and when I went to the store after 3 weeks to check in on the status; the staff was acting suspicious. I suspect they have lost my item and just told me to leave and will receive an update in 3 business days. It’s been 13 days since. No update. Very bad customer service from this team. Utterly disappointed ☹️
