  We used Budget Blinds for our new home back in 2018, and we very pleased with the process and their customer service back then. Our blinds are still very contemporary and up to date in design, thanks to their suggestions on what to buy. I recently had to reach out in June 2026 with a concern about the blinds on our sliding patio window, and based on their guarantee, they reached back out within 24 hours and had ordered replacements with the vendor for that window, with no charge to us. The sliding blind had yellowed, and was going crinkly and not hanging properly anymore. We still love the style so ordering the new blinds for us with no charge delivered right to our house, will ensure these blinds last another 8+ years. Great customer service, the guarantee was upheld right away. Thank you !!

  Excellent and prompt service. We really love our blinds and are impressed by Budget Blinds' customer service. They went above and beyond and made sure that issues with our blinds were addressed quickly and very smoothly.

  We had issues with a couple blinds 3 years after installation. Budget blinds was quick to respond to the issue and sent out replacement blinds, no questions asked! Would highly recommend.
