    Excellent and prompt service. We really love our blinds and are impressed by Budget Blinds' customer service. They went above and beyond and made sure that issues with our blinds were addressed quickly and very smoothly.

    We had issues with a couple blinds 3 years after installation. Budget blinds was quick to respond to the issue and sent out replacement blinds, no questions asked! Would highly recommend.

    I would like to start off by saying my mom lives in Langdon and had a wonderful and easy experience with that division of budget blinds. My experience was not the same. I started with Budget Blinds (Southeast) location in July 2025. I chose this company specifically because I wanted a motorized single-shade configuration for my newly installed two-story window. They received confirmation that they indeed were able to provide me with this. It took 6 months to complete a job even though the contract said the ETA was 4 weeks, and it was an absolute nightmare full of broken promises. Taylor served as my primary point of contact, but the communication throughout was inconsistent and unprofessional. Frequent delays that required me to follow up repeatedly. She rarely got back to me when she said she would which would requiring significant oversight on my part to keep things moving. This experience was both frustrating and counterproductive. Due to a series of failed installations, ongoing issues attributed to vendor errors and my availability being significantly impacted by the weekday-only scheduling, I requested a consultation with a manager. Nearing the end of my communication with Taylor, she claimed her manager had approved a discount on the final bill for the delays (this was sent via text). That turned out to be a complete lie as when Cliff reached out, he had no recollection of the promised discount. Cliff did a house visited in December—five months after my order was placed—only to inform me that the configuration I was sold was impossible and I’d have to settle for two separate shades. Due to this costing the company more money he could not provide any kind of compensation. When they finally arrived mid-January for the “final” install, in one of the shades it was the wrong motor. It took until February 6th to finally finish the job. Throughout this entire ordeal, Taylor didn’t take responsibility, instead blaming engineers and vendors. At the end Cliff did slightly but in the same email still said it was the vendors. I was not provided honesty or accountability from this location. They will promise you the world to get the sale, fail to deliver, and then refuse any form of compensation for their mistakes. I spent a significant amount of time saving for this purchase, as it was a substantial investment. I was treated unfairly and they took advantage of me. Months of frustration only to shrugged off and basically just have to deal with it. Waste of my time and energy. Altogether I believe it was 7 attempts, 7 house visits which was only scheduled during the week as they said multiple times they do not install on weekends and 6 frustrating months to complete this install. There were issues with the second part of my order which were blackout shades for the 5 windows in my bedroom, but this review is long enough so I will not add I will not be a returning customer.

    1 star is only because 0 is not an option. Worst customer service ever. Was told about the amazing warranty, no hassle, best in the business… I can only assume from the first message Brittney the office admin was in contact with me this whole time. Never been talked to like this by a company Before. Product failed but since I rent, no warranty for said product. Buyer beware

    The handle for my 6 year old honeycomb blind that Budget Blinds had installed broke, so they’re sending me 5 replacements for free. Great service!
