  What NIGHTMARE of a company. Originally booked online and they called me to cancel a few days before saying they will be closed then they booked me over the phone the next day for 3pm. The day of I get a text saying the technician will be there for 9:30am. Well I am at work I cannot be there so I have to call to ask why the time has changed as I am at work and they booked me for 3pm. They now say they will make 3pm work. I said ok then I get another call at 1pm saying technician will be there in 30 mins and they will not be coming at 3. I cannot leave work last minute now I have to get my husband to rush home from work to be there because this is the only day we can get this done as we sold the property. My husband rushes home to be there for 1:30 then I call them at 1:40 and say technician is not there. They said he went to someone else now he is not coming today. WOW the disorganization and disrespect of our time is something else. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

  The 3 Man Dream Team (Thomas,Xavier and Fallon explained the Job. They were fantastic, quick, and efficient. Our home feels fantastic after our carpets were removed. We can breathe again. Thankyou Alberta Furnace Cleaning

  I was initially very happy with the team that came in. There were 3 as some training was taking place. Just before I was presented with the report and bill I had to use the bathroom. A big chunk around the fan had come down and was all over the floor. I could see there had been some leaking so the damage was not their fault. However, it wasn’t mentioned until I brought it up. I was given a $20 discount but really disappointed I wasn’t told and wouldn’t have been told. Then after they left, I noticed a whole lot more debris, a puddle of water and footprints all over the flooring. Poor after job cleanup.

  (Now known as A1 Chesney Home Services) Absolutely terrible service one year ago and when the furnace failed to come on this week, no one was returning my call even though the msg said they would return my call within the hour. Luckily I called the ATCO Gas emergency line and a repair guy came out right away. He said several issues were probably due to the last service visit including: loose thermocouple and coil not fitted in properly, leak below pilot head, and pilot tubing had been crimped. And of course last service visit was you know who- AB Furnace Cleaning (now A1 Chesney…..). I would never recommend them nor have come to service or clean my furnace ever.
