- RHRachel HaganDec 23, 20251.0I have no say on how things are from renting a storage unit perspective, but from my experience of interactions doing purolator shipping exchanges the customer service is absolutely atrocious. I would not recommend anybody to interact with the staff about this. I was not once met with a kind greeting or any assistance. Many of my friends have experienced things the same. I am not one to write reviews but I wouldn’t wish anyone an interaction with this woman. Not sure if she is just ageist or just hates her job/life, but don’t expect any kind customer service from here.
