The associate who assisted me struck a great balance—present, attentive, and genuinely focused on what I was looking for without hovering. They showed me exactly what I asked to see, took the time to measure seat depth (which really mattered to me), and answered all my questions in a way that felt clear and honest.
I did make a decision right away on the sofa before leaving, but I took some time to think over whether to purchase the loveseat or a chair. When I returned, I confidently chose the loveseat, feeling like I had made the right decision rather than a rushed one. That, to me, says a lot-a good experience sticks with you.
One of the standout moments was how clearly the warranty was explained. It gave me real peace of mind and made the purchase feel like a smart, long-term investment.
That said, there were a couple of small details that could have made the experience even better. I was a bit unclear on how the delivery charges worked—whether it was per item or a single fee since everything was arriving together. Also, Grahame had mentioned a possible discount and stepped away to check, but I never heard what the final answer was. It didn’t take away from the experience, but a bit more clarity there would have made everything feel completely seamless.
Overall, what stood out most was how comfortable I felt making my decision. What started as hesitation turned into confidence—and that’s not something every store can achieve. I walked out not just with a loveseat, but with the feeling that I’d been genuinely taken care of.
And that’s what will bring me back.

Sahar Gul has been a wonderful Sale Associate to us this past couple of months. She is very accommodating, answers all of our questions and really goes the entire mile for the customers. Super friendly and we’ve already bought 3 pieces of furniture from her. If anyone wants to get good deals for their furniture please find Sahar as she has been very helpful to us. The Brick Location is smaller here than in Langford so selection might be limited. But I highly recommend this location as the staff has been so accommodating. When one of our sofas that we bought had an issue, they were able to give us an alternative and even a better deal for a better sofa.

Quick and easy. Grahame walked us through all the options of what we were looking for. No pressure, just let us choose. Very friendly and helpful! Delivery was on time and easy.
I am not knocking a star, as this is partially on me, but the verbal discussion about what the warranty covers does not match the actual warranty. We spoke about how if my dog scratches the couch, it's covered... But the actual warranty explicitly calls out the it does not cover pet damage, only stains. I did not read the coverage when signing so my fault. I don't think it was intentional misinformation, but I honestly would not have purchased the warranty knowing this.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
