    I've been a loyal customer of Rona since Rona was called Lowe's then. However, that's no longer the case going forward. The price and return policy are terrible. I bought a fake grass turf, which cost way too much. It's not only doubled, but almost tripled after went to the cosco and I regret after i spending money there. I accept my mistake that i cut little bit that fake grass but i didnt call to return item . I just call bcos of price differences which i feel not fare . As a customer i have a right to say . All i want to do little bit price adjustment because your company is charge me triple of price. Thats it. Thats reason i call but i dont know who is the phone she just talk and telling me which is In terms of customer service, it's terrible. They should give a solution when customers call about a concern instead of telling them boring customer policies. You lose today a loyal customer like me and on top I will tell my family and friends and colleague not to go there. Yes I do accept every company has there own return policy and price totally understable but if you listen customer problem and concern thats how you improve your business. Today I am leaving this review just to let people know who is shopping there pls do research price before you go shop Rona as they are overcharging people I learn lesson and I don’t want other people can feel same like me. I hope this review can read by store manager and do market research as your price are way too high. May be not for all product but fake grass turf is 100% by square feet they charge way too much.

    I bought product. I acknowledge that Rona is charging excessively compared to other stores. If we express our dissatisfaction with their MRP price. According to them, this is the price of their store. Before buying things from Rona make sure to visit the other store. You will get a cheaper and better quality product. I am no longer purchasing anything from Rona store of Langford.#Boycott

    KUDOS to the hardware department at RONA+. Jeremy and Scott were incredibly helpful and took the time to understand what I needed to fix my wok. They suggested the right tools and options that actually worked, saving me a lot of time and frustration. Excellent customer service—really appreciate the support!
