I had pre-booked a storage facility in Victoria and learned they closed at 4:00 PM on Saturday and didn’t offer after-hours gate access, leaving me in a total panic since my movers weren't going to make it in time. My movers recommended I call The Storage Room, and I am so glad they did. They were absolutely amazing and managed to get me set up with a unit on the same day with zero hassle. The best part? Their gate access stays open until 10:00 PM, which was a total lifesaver for me & the crew. If you want a place that is professional, quick, and actually understands the unpredictable nature of moving, this is it. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a breeze!

Their response is too bad so sad. Now they are forcing everyone to move to a location out of town in the middle of winter and sent an email to all their customers to comply or they are terminating your contract. Avoid using them if you can, the customer service is awful. Lots of their customers are upset.
