Amazing service here! we came looking for a ton of things, a couch, ottoman, shelving/storage system, mirrors, side tables, everything! we found just about everything with the help from our sales associate Sidi! He was very very helpful and showed us around the entire store making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Not to mention the amazing black friday deals we got a week before black friday sales start! 10/10 recommend to anyone having a hard time finding furniture and household decorations. The brick is the place to go if youβre looking for great deals and good quality items.

Usually buying any furniture is stressful. But I was treated like I would if I was going to visit family. Sahar greeted me at the door made me feel literally at home. She listened to me instead of dictating what she wanted to sell me. She is really awesome I got everything I wanted and getting it delivered when I'm available. Salesman Edward was very helpful at the Victoria, BC location. We had already previewed online what we wanted and so with Edward's assistance everything was streamlined once we went to the store. We got a mattress and bed frame. Edward sold us a heavily discounted mattress cover and informed us of all the warranty and return policies as per the products and the Brick's return policy and he offered us extended warranties. 2 weeks later our shipment arrived. We received a text message the night before of what time frame to expect the delivery the following day and then again couplevof text messages 20 minutes before delivery giving us time to expect it. The 3 delivery guts were very strong, competent and friendly. Thank you for an Excellent experience and we are looking forward to sleeping on our New bed π

Great experience dealing with Sahar and the team at the Brick when shopping for a new washer and dryer pair. We settled on the Samsung 5.2 cu. ft. front-loading washer and 7.5 cu. ft. dryer. Sahar supported our extensive research and analysis regarding features, fit, and price. Delivery and installation, led by Ben, was excellent. They were very careful removing the old machines and installing the new ones, and verified the setup before reviewing with me and then packing up and leaving. Great service!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
