Sherrie, the front desk manager, is a wonderful ambassador for the company. She is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and does a great job. Many times while I was organizing things in my unit, Sherrie would come walking past, checking that things are as they should be, always with a smile and some friendly words. Moving out was very straightforward: empty the space, and leave the rolling door up. Because one pays in advance for the coming four weeks, as long as one vacates before the next billing cycle, that action ends the contract. Of course, I received an email from Sherrie thanking me for my business and enclosing a copy of the contract closure. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who wants a safe, secure, clean, temperature controlled storage unit, in a part of town that feels safe not only during the day, but in the evening as well.
