That said, I had some of my issues addressed by Jenn, the Regional Manager, after she found out that I was a disgruntled client, and I am appreciative of that. PROS: - clean facility - well kept units - upgrades to accessing units, security CONS: - confusing invoices - confusing promotions - more than occasionally "meh" customer service - and although maybe minor in the grand scheme of things, the dollys provided are loud as heck! Bottom line: read everything, question everything, and keep an eye on your invoices and credit card charges. The rest of the experience is good. Would I rent another unit from them again? I'm honestly not sure. Maybe.

But when I met Sherri and Jen It didn't feel as stressed. They both work together I noticed, had a happy atmosphere and they helped me figure out my situation better. The have great service and employees. Thank you for helping me and making the drive over less stressful. I only had cash with me and Sherri did me a much appreciated favor. She help pay for my late fee without me having to come back. They only except debit and I got stressed but she helped me. Thankfully!
