  Great experience at Leon’s! I had specific size parameters for my dresser, and still ended up with a choice, which was good. My delivery was well within the given 4-6 week time-frame. I was called, a few days ahead to arrange the delivery date. The night before delivery, I received a timing window. On the day of delivery I was able to track the progress of the truck in real time and know exactly when they were headed my way. Very happy with the whole process.

  Our experience was absolutely the best!!!! We had to cancel delivery a few times due to carpet issues but Leon’s always changed us, no questions!!!! Our salesman Alex was exceptional and answered any questions, I can’t say enough, delivery was great, you have a app to follow the truck to know your time, the driver also phoned to let us know when they would arrive, they brought these heavy pieces in, put it together and were happy to help us place them, we will go to Leon’s again, amazing staff and service! Thank you Leon’s

  Worst experience I’ve ever had. Wished I could have given 0 stars! Bought a sectional which I fell in love with. Took 3 months to arrive and when they came to deliver it and refused to take it up by stairs which was not discussed prior even though I asked salesman as I live on the 3rd floor and one piece did not fit in the elevator. They were going to just leave it in the lobby for me to deal with! No way. Take it back! Talked to manager and only sofa I could have immediately was the ugliest sofa ever seen so I’d have to reorder and wait another 3 to six months sitting on my camping chair. Went to Dodds paid a little more money and had it delivered next day. No problem with stairs! Will never buy at Leon’s again. Worst customer service ever!!!

  I had three appliances delivered today by Leon’s. I got a magnificent deal and cannot say enough good about the company and their delivery and their tracking system and I can go on and on. The two men doing the moving were just amazing. They didn’t touch a wall. They didn’t scratch anything. They got through doorways that I thought we were impossible, but they did it all, and they did it with good humour and politeness. I plan to go back to Leon’s to purchase furniture in the very near future. Azi Was my salesman and I will search him out again when I’m ready to go buy more stuff. You won’t be disappointed by Shopping at Leon’s.

  Karen at Leon's was amazing she helped myself and my family get new furniture after our fire. She was very understanding of our situation an took very good care of us. She explained how their shipping and inventory worked and how long things could take to be delivered. She helped us find everything we needed and checked for inventory here, the mainland (Delta) and even Edmonton to get us our items. The 2 gentlemen that delivered our furniture both times were awesome they worked quickly an efficiently an communicated well both with coordinating moving furniture between them and with my partner and myself.
