  The salesman Jacob was amazing! He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He made picking the right sofa so easy. He was easy to talk to and walked me through the hole buying process with ease. Delivery was quick and they took great care in getting the sofa inside and set up for me. All around a great experience and would highly recommend

  My partner and I recently purchased a 3-piece sectional with ottoman and a dining room table from Leon’s Furniture, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish. At the time of purchase, our sales associate checked stock availability, confirmed everything was in stock, and we paid in full immediately. We discussed delivery multiple times and selected a delivery date for the following week. We also signed paperwork confirming that delivery was arranged and that setup was our responsibility — not the delivery people. On the scheduled delivery day, we received no call, no notification, nothing. After waiting all day, I called the store myself only to be told that the order had been scheduled for pickup, not delivery. This is despite the fact that delivery had been discussed at least three separate times and documents signed stating delivery. There was no apology for the error on the employee’s fault, no effort to fix the situation or prioritize a solution other than to wait even longer. To make matters worse, the only documentation we were provided was the purchase order, which states that delivery information would be included in the pamphlet provided at the time of sale. No pamphlet was given to us, leaving us with no clear delivery details or confirmation beyond verbal assurances. As a result, my partner and I both took a day off work for a delivery that was never going to happen, and now we were forced to take another day off when the order finally arrives a full week later. The sales associate was also very difficult to understand, which may have contributed to these errors — but that does not excuse the lack of attention to detail or follow-through on such a significant purchase. This experience has cost us time, lost wages, and a lot of unnecessary stress. For a large furniture retailer, this level of service and communication is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before doing busy with Leon’s.

  AMAZING, great shopping experience at Leon’s! Great prices, great team, went out of their way finding me the perfect couch and two chairs that I could receive within a week and delivered. Top notch service, from a wonderful salesman, who spent well over an hour with me and the two delivery men each were outstanding, professional, polite, friendly, helpful, and the delivery men took extra care and attention while bringing all pieces into my home. I’ve shopped at many stores, deliveries from Chintz, Muse and Merchant, Scan Design, Dodd’s and they have all been great. I am happy to say that from the moment I walked into Leon’s to the delivery of furniture I give them a 5 plus star rating in all area’s! Highly recommend stopping in for your next purchase as you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Leon’s

  The products are good quality the costumer service was very helpful finding a sooner delivery for us and to make it work with our needs. The delivery guys were very helpful and professional in how they handled the products and helping bringing the mattress to the room. Great experience to start the New year 2026.

  ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM LEON’S!! We ordered a bed to be delivered December 12th for family over the holidays. It wasn’t ready, and they wouldn’t find a solution in the interim because it was inconvenient to them. Back and forth. It was eventually delivered Christmas Eve. We spoke explicitly with the sales manager who said they would set up the bed they delivered, but the delivery guys had no instructions for that and said it would cost $50. They told us they would take our old mattress away, but on arrival said they had no service for this. Terrible service overall, save yourself the hassle.
