I have never done this and I was dreading it being a hassle but it was far from it! Alex from sales was super helpful, no pressure and helped us get a replacement mattress with zero issue at all. Took his time helping us to ensure we had a good mattress, even setting it up on an adjustable to ensure. Thank you Alex, your patience made that much easier than we imagined! We will always be back to Leons for anything furniture because the service.
