3rd time's a charm is definitely true. The sales manager at the store made sure the sectional was the correct colour and not damaged. Delivery team was 40 minutes late but they were professional. Happy with my purchase.

I ordered a quite cumbersome furniture piece so I am glad there wasn't any major problems. Once we got into the building and up to my apartment it was only minutes of work and they did a great job. Thanks for everything and thanks for being on time!

I had the worst experience with this branch of the Brick. After I closed a deal for a couch, I've been informed it will take about a month for the pieces to arrive. After a month I've called and apparently one of the pieces got lost so they cant shipped me the couch. After 2 and half montha I finally got the couch and on the delivery day we realized they sent the wrong side of one of the pieces so I needed to wait for 2 more weeks for the other half of the couch to arrive (having at home the other half of the couch). After less then a month one of the peice got broken(its a recliner couch) and im waiting now for over 2 months to get it fixed by them. Besides that, they are very not pleasant on the phone and never get back to you. They 'cant' help you although it is their fault amd responsibility. I asked to speak with the manager many times and only after a month he finally called and offered me a better deal with a different couch in the store and said there is mothing else he can do. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Strongly recommend to people to stay away from there or at any other Brick store.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
