  I had a wonderful experience with Sentinel Storage while keeping our belongings there for almost two months. The facility was clean, secure, and very well maintained, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the entire period. A special thank you to Rocio Lopez Villa, who provided exceptional customer service. She is a polite and sweet woman who went above and beyond to assist us. Rocio was always friendly, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Sentinel Storage to anyone looking for a safe and reliable storage solution.   Rocio the store manager was friendly both at move-in and move-out. I did not feel I was being overcharged and she was happy to discuss the best fitting option for my situation. The storage itself is fine, some dust and small trash here and there but it’s temperature controlled, dry, didn’t see any pests. The dollys are convenient but some of them are stiff and could use maintenance/replacement. I also liked that theres a water fountain inside the office and bathroom available for customers during staffed hours. The street along the train tracks south of this location is pretty bumpy, so don’t take that path even though Google maps likes to suggest that route. Thank you for making moving less stressful!

A special thank you to Chavan for your exceptional help. Chavan was professional, very knowledgeable, and made the entire process of setting up and ongoing management of my unit quick and seamless. Great service all around!

  If you rent an upstairs unit, you pay extra, even if you don’t notice. It should cost less than a ground floor unit because you have to walk and wait for elevator. Prices are higher to increase profit. I thought I was paying a fair rate, but I was wrong. I paid $270 for a room sized storage unit, I did that for a long time. The same size costs $40 to $80 elsewhere in Vancouver, even near downtown. They charged me for a larger unit because I didn't pay too much attention.
