  Highly recommend, newer cleaner facility in a good secured location. Been using there storage for about a year. Alex (manager) has nothing but been very accommodating when most other storage facility’s don’t care. With rate increases he was able to give me relief when needed. Very professional and thorough, gives you options and goes out of his way to make sure you are set! Amazing service, give this man a promotion for all the time and assistance he’s done for people. Thank you

  Only one month after moving into a large unit Alex the Manager calls me out of the blue and asks if I still want to rent because my unit is EMPTY and the retractable door is wide OPEN! I couldn't believe what I was hearing so I asked him to repeat what he said. He confirmed it was my storage unit that was wide open and totally empty! I was immediately very stressed out and panicked that everything I stored at Sentinel was gone! I left work to drive to Sentinel immediately - only to find that the Manger got the unit numbers wrong and had upset and alarmed me for absolutely no reason. Now, more than a month later I have driven to Sentinel Storage on Bridgeway THREE times to speak to the Manager. Every time he has promised phone calls with answers and explanations that never came, done nothing to consider my request for a credit to my account for the frustration and anxiety, and he had forgotten entirely. For my extra trouble I have nothing but more frustration. "Sentinel" presumably chose that brand name to create an impression that they watch over your belongings carefully - yet they seem completely unable to understand the simple concept of providing customers with peace of mind that their stored items are sage and secure where they are supposed to be. Pleasant guy working the front desk, and an overall clean and orderly space but Manager's customer service sense doesn't exist.

  Meth at the front desk was amazing! He painlessly walked me though the contract and storage facility rules making it a quick and enjoyable process. He was very personable and we’ve since had a couple of lovely chats at the facility. Everyone working there has been a pleasure to deal with and the rates can’t be beat.
