  Fun stumble while exploring Vancouver. We were warmly welcomed by Chandra as soon as we walked in, and she immediately made us feel comfortable. She was genuinely helpful without being pushy, and what stood out most was how she shared a bit of story and background behind each piece rather than just listing features. While the prices are definitely on the higher end, it was easy to see the level of thought, design, and craftsmanship in the furniture. Even though we didn’t purchase anything, the experience itself was enjoyable and never felt transactional. Chandra’s customer service alone made me want to leave a review. If you have questions or want to learn more about the pieces without pressure, I’d absolutely recommend working with her. When the time (and budget) is right, I’d be happy to come back.

  Came in “just to look,” left with the comfiest couch ever. Pani made the whole thing easy, zero-pressure, and genuinely fun. She answered every question, saved me from overthinking the warranty, and was just all-around amazing. If you’re buying furniture, go to The Brick. If you’re buying furniture and want to enjoy the process, ask for Pani.

  BY FAR THE BEST FURNITURE SHOP IN VANCOUVER! Ray (the Manager) is a very professional, compassionate and dedicated Manager with a fantastic TASTE! His sense for arts and his great ideas helped me to find the unique pieces for my apartment. When I moved from Europe to Vancouver, I was totally impressed by Ray and his team at Roche Bobois. Their services, their taste and their dedication are admirable! During the selection process, they provided me with 3D design of the furniture in the layout of my apartment. That excellent service helped me to make my decision more confidently! Whoever comes to my apartment, get impressed by my furniture.
