I love the robot vaccum that unloads itself but i don't like how i have to empty the dock.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at this Dyson store thanks to Jenny and David.
I purchased the Dyson V16 about three months ago, but honestly, I wasn’t fully enjoying it. The default motorhead was struggling to pick up smaller particles on my floors, which was frustrating for such a premium vacuum. I heard that a new V16 Fluffy Optic Roller had been released and went in hoping to buy one to fix the issue.
I was initially disappointed to learn that the part hasn't been officially released for individual sale in Canada yet. However, after David and Jenny heard that I had purchased my machine at their location, they went completely above and beyond—they gave me the Fluffy Optic roller head for free!
I am genuinely blown away by their generosity and their sincere concern for customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find this level of service these days. If you’re looking for a Dyson, go see Jenny and David; they truly stand behind their products and take care of their customers. Thank you both so much!

I was just quite disappointed to hear for the amount of money a Dyson costs they’re not expected to run well after 6-7 years! I was just given the option of spending hundreds more but this time I will just shop for a different brand.
DO NOT BUY A DYSON!
Let me elaborate, sure they do have a decent product and their customer service is horribel at best. Bought a vacuum (V11), never recieved it because i opted to buy the V15 instead. The V11 was returned and it si now a month and still no refund from dyson for the V11 (happy with the V15). they, after a month, just sent me my refund and only for the pre tax price of the vacuum, not the taxes, shipping and eco fee.
Penny and diming garbage company . NEVER AGAIN!
I’m a professional hairstylist and used Dyson Supersonic Professional in my daily work. Unfortunately, my experience with Dyson products has been disappointing.
The hair dryer stopped working suddenly during a fully booked workday, despite careful use and proper maintenance. As the warranty had just expired, I was offered only a paid repair or a discount on a new device. Considering that repair costs for professional tools can reach a large portion of the price of a new one, this option was not reasonable.
I also previously owned a Dyson handheld vacuum. After about 2.5 years, two parts failed and the battery retained only around 40% of its capacity. Again, the only solution offered was paid replacement, with costs close to buying a new device.
Based on my experience, Dyson products may appear premium, but long-term reliability and post-warranty support do not meet expectations — especially for professional use. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this brand to my clients.
