If I could leave a 0 star I would. Dyson customer support and product availability is abysmal. I have a plumbing business and some of the restaurants I service have a total of dozen+ of dysons commercial faucet. It took 4 months, dozens of phone calls and emails to get the faucet I was looking for. 0 professionalism their products are horrible through residential and commercial applications and they don’t stand by any of their product either. I just went to confirm the order of another faucet I placed over a month ago and now I’m being told this product is not available right now. After a month of waiting this product should have been installed soon if not already. No reach out no response to say the product isn’t coming no reason as to why or when it possibly will be, good job Dyson.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at this Dyson store thanks to Jenny and David.
I purchased the Dyson V16 about three months ago, but honestly, I wasn’t fully enjoying it. The default motorhead was struggling to pick up smaller particles on my floors, which was frustrating for such a premium vacuum. I heard that a new V16 Fluffy Optic Roller had been released and went in hoping to buy one to fix the issue.
I was initially disappointed to learn that the part hasn't been officially released for individual sale in Canada yet. However, after David and Jenny heard that I had purchased my machine at their location, they went completely above and beyond—they gave me the Fluffy Optic roller head for free!
I am genuinely blown away by their generosity and their sincere concern for customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find this level of service these days. If you’re looking for a Dyson, go see Jenny and David; they truly stand behind their products and take care of their customers. Thank you both so much!
