In the end, they only one who showed me the options said, "You’ll have to choose for yourself; we can’t choose for you." I was confused because I never asked them to choose for me, just for their advice on which they thought was the best product. Honestly, I’m even scared to go ask anything because everyone there always seems grumpy, as if saying, "You figure it out." And yes, fine, I’ll figure it out, but aren’t they supposed to work there to provide information about the products? Also I was not asking to be treated as royalty, just be nice RONA PEOPLE! Be nice is easy! They need empathy, heart, and a passion for providing good customer service. I hope the manager can resolve this someday. Now I understand all the bad reviews.

I bought metric and imperial Craftsman socket sets here and then found a combo set with case for less at Fleetwood Rona. Fleetwood refused to give me a refund for the sockets bought at the Tsawwassen store because Tsawwassen is an ‘owner’ store and Fleetwood doesn’t stock that item. I said ‘can’t you ship the returned items there?’ - and the answer was ‘no.’ How are customers supposed to know what Rona is what?? I am taking my business elsewhere.

When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle.
