Horrible customer service. I asked three different employees there for advice about a sealant, and they literally just passed me from one to the other. In the end, they only one who showed me the options said, "You’ll have to choose for yourself; we can’t choose for you." I was confused because I never asked them to choose for me, just for their advice on which they thought was the best product. Honestly, I’m even scared to go ask anything because everyone there always seems grumpy, as if saying, "You figure it out." And yes, fine, I’ll figure it out, but aren’t they supposed to work there to provide information about the products? Also I was not asking to be treated as royalty, just be nice RONA PEOPLE! Be nice is easy! They need empathy, heart, and a passion for providing good customer service. I hope the manager can resolve this someday. Now I understand all the bad reviews.

Beware! - items bought at this store may not be refundable at other Ronas. I bought metric and imperial Craftsman socket sets here and then found a combo set with case for less at Fleetwood Rona. Fleetwood refused to give me a refund for the sockets bought at the Tsawwassen store because Tsawwassen is an ‘owner’ store and Fleetwood doesn’t stock that item. I said ‘can’t you ship the returned items there?’ - and the answer was ‘no.’ How are customers supposed to know what Rona is what?? I am taking my business elsewhere.
