In the end, they only one who showed me the options said, "You’ll have to choose for yourself; we can’t choose for you." I was confused because I never asked them to choose for me, just for their advice on which they thought was the best product. Honestly, I’m even scared to go ask anything because everyone there always seems grumpy, as if saying, "You figure it out." And yes, fine, I’ll figure it out, but aren’t they supposed to work there to provide information about the products? Also I was not asking to be treated as royalty, just be nice RONA PEOPLE! Be nice is easy! They need empathy, heart, and a passion for providing good customer service. I hope the manager can resolve this someday. Now I understand all the bad reviews.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. We also offer truck delivery for items that are not eligible for parcel delivery, such as appliances and patio sets. This service is available in most of our stores at the cost of $79. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. You will need to bring your "Ready for Pick-up" email with you as proof of purchase. This notice includes a copy of your consumer agreement. You should keep it in your records for future reference.
When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
