- GGGregg GrantApr 23, 20261.0Went to The Brick in Surrey Place mall to look for and purchase an area rug (28 March). Found one we liked and proceeded to purchase it. "not in stock" but we can order and it will be in shortly. I asked "when will it will be in"? "oh, just 1 month, by the end of the month(April). Seems like a long time to get any area rug into the store in my opinion. Called today to follow up with the rug arrival and I was told it will be another Month. I told them it was already a month since it was purchased and was told that a month ago. They don't seem to give a shit about it, so cancel it. Just return my money and I'll NEVER spend a penny there ever again. The Brick is never gonna change there ways when it comes to customers...useless!

- MMMRnMRS MatthiasApr 13, 20261.0Vik, Anmol Preet all did a great job helping us. - Now that we had our fridge delivered by two guys who took an hour to figure out how to get our fridge in the house, they decided to take the door off, did a terrible job of re-assembling it, so now our fridge door water dispenser leaks, we reported right away with a photo and video. That was Friday, I was told I would get a call next business day to arrange the repair.... It is now 5 full days, 3 business days, and we have not gotten the call to arrange this simple repair. I have called everyday, Friday, Monday, now Tuesday. They keep telling me I will get a call today Buyer beware, the delivery guys have a terrible attitude, and the service dept don't care to respond. This review went from a 5 start to 1,becasue you can't leave zero, and is 100% due to the lack of support from the service dept, and the delivery team. Buyer Beware - Fridge is still leaking right now,

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
