I had an amazing experience with Sentinel Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and super easy to access, but what really stood out was the customer service. Ronnit and Abhijeet went above and beyond to make everything smooth from start to finish. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right unit for my needs.
Any questions I had were answered right away, and they made the whole process quick and stress free. It’s rare to come across customer service this good these days. If you’re looking for storage, I highly recommend this location. Ronnit and Abhijeet are the best in the game.

We recently rented a storage unit at Sentinel Storage and had a great experience overall. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind while storing our belongings. What really stood out was the excellent customer service we received from Ronit. He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Ronit took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure all our questions were answered. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction. We truly appreciate his support and would definitely recommend this location to others.

1 star is for the handling of my 5 break ins.***
My 2 units were broken into 5 times within a period of 38 days from 1 Feb 2026 to 10 Mar 2026. The E Building is the furthest building on premises. Unit E424(3 break ins) and Unit 461(2 break ins) which had no camera). Unit E 424 was turned into a dumpster, a 10X10 unit as seen in the pictures. My pin was also used 3 more times during the last week of March after the 5 break ins .Someone had my pin and it is not my family. Seriously, no measures were taken to secure E424 till the 52nd day, the latch was then replaced. It could have been easily replaced when the 1st break in happened , that is 1 Feb 2026. Why did it take 52 days? I had to completely move out to a new location on 31 Mar 2026 as I did not feel safe after 10 years.
I never had any issues with the staff. Ronit and staff were always helpful and friendly. I did notice that the staff lacked knowledge in handling of break ins , what security measures/options were needed to be taken to keep a client.
It is not about money or reimbursements. It is about providing prompt service for break ins in a timely manner especially when privacy is invaded in my case, not once but 5 times. It was a very stressful situation for me.
