    I wish I could give them less then one Star. Bought a fridge. Fridgdare. Technition came multiple times after changing same parts again and again we were told this fridge has this defect and it is listed in the Manual. We told the same to the Brick sales man, Manager, there cutmor service only to tell us make one more call to manufacturer then give us the case number we will deal with it. Finally manufacturer told us we are sending a credit note to Brick whom you can contact to choose another fridge. All we got is run around and they still have money. We have to now just go to legal ave to get this cleared up. So sad. So much of our food gets destroyed every week. We have repeatedly told them of the issues but the care is not there. They just want to sell and not deal with service after.

    I wish I could give them even less than one star. I gave them a phone call to check about one gaming chair. I talked to their sales person (do not want to disclose his name) and gave him SKU number. He mentioned, "yes, we do have it in the store and there is one on clearance as well". I check the price he said it will be around $100. I drove from South Surrey to their location which was 20 minutes drive. They said we do not have it on clearance, I asked to talk to manager, he was a nice guy but he said we cannot do anything. He gave me an offer which he said will be released tomorrow by Company only; moreover, he said I have to come back tomorrow for that. What is the point for me to drove to your location. After all this, the sales person refused that he said it and one the he menstioned was already sold 2 days ago. I am so disappointed and will never trust these guys. #Bricks

    Hi, I purchased several items at a Brick Store In Surrey-Newton, BC end of July 2020 when i moved here from another province. Total cost around $6000/. Also bought warranty coverage for all the items which included sofa set, dinning table set, TV, office table and filing cabinet, etc. Some items were delivered start of Aug2020 and some by 24th Aug 2020. When i called by end of July 2025 to claim warranty i was told the i had to wait till date last item was delivered and from there i had 90 days to make the claim. I called them today on 9 Nov 2025 which is before 24th Nov 2025 the 90 days period and now they saying deadline is passed and i cannot redeem. So just warning you people be careful when dealing with the Bricks. It’s just $450 for me, so its not a big deal but just wanted that people and companies doing business be at least honest. Just for this i will never buy again from Bricks. Attaching the store number i called. You can see the duration and date of call. Update: Hi, I went to Brick Store today 15 Nov 2025 at Surrey Central, BC and claimed the unused warranty for purchases. Need to wait for them to approve before i can pick up next week. However, only part of the unused warranty amount has been given i.e $450. There is an unused amount of $229 for extended tv warranty of 3 years that is still not credited. For this i did call before the expiry in July 2023 to claim the unused warranty but was again at this time told that i had to wait till end of the 5 year period to claim i.e July 2025. I have phone record and it is still in my calendar as reminder. I contacted the Surrey-Newton branch by email, and was told the same thing that it has expired in 2024. Really disappointed with this kind of service. So again reminding future and current customers to be careful of this kind of practice from Brinks. They should have these clearly written on the receipts.
