    Today I had the opportunity to purchase the Sofa set from Brick at Newton King George location. Fantastic experience at The Brick! Gurpreet and Palak went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect sofa set. They were friendly, attentive, and never pushy, answering all my questions with honesty and care. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service. I really appreciate their support and would definitely recommend them to anyone shopping at The Brick.

    Sales person Dasmesh ordered the incorrect armless recliner instead of a left arm recliner!!! We have a sectional with only 1 arm!!! The delivery driver also thought that this was the incorrect order when they brought it to our condo. No one has rectified this issue for us!!!

    do not Ever buy warranty from this store because they tell you everything is covered for next five years and then they take your money for it and then when you make a claim, they deny it even though accidental stains are covered on couches. They tell you they only cover accidental stains so I don't know what they think that people go around spilling stuff purposely I will rate them zero the worst customer service worst store and worst sales people they are liars......i called the brick warrenty deoartman one where i made purchase and lady told me Manager is on confrence call every time i call and called 4 times that day did not want to put him on phone at all .... said u can come in and took my info and nobady ever called me back tye worst customer service ever..... if they dont do something about this i will never buy from brick again or my family

    Big scammers !!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased a sofa in June and paid extra for an extended warranty. When the sofa broke, it took them two months just to send someone to look at it. Yesterday, when the technician finally arrived, I was told it was only an inspection and no repair would be done. I then received a call from The Brick saying that if I want it fixed, I still have to pay installation and delivery charges—despite having purchased an extended warranty. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, the customer service representative was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they “don’t have time” and that I could “feel free to walk in.” Do not buy from here. Completely unacceptable and feels like a scam.
