Extraordinary! Nadini was amazing in the south surrey location store. Follow through was great…although there was a glitch on delivery date being changed…seemingly for no good reason. That was not cool!

I want to mention something very important about this company, The Brick. About two years ago, I bought some furniture, televisions, and other things from their Langley store. I was surprised by the furniture insurance, since I have a five-year-old daughter. When one of the pieces of furniture broke, I called the insurance company, and they told me that a small cut on the furniture wasn't covered. Please don't buy anything from this company; their products are of poor quality, they're liars, and never buy insurance from them—don't make that mistake. I will never buy anything from these scammers again.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
