If you buy something from RONA online from another store. Don't expect the manager from the RONA South Surrey store to give you a refund if you need to take something back. (He wouldn't) I had to drive to the RONA Surrey Fleetwood store where they gladly gave me a refund. Not impressed with RONA South Surrey.

By far the best hardware store in Surrey. All the staff at this location go above and beyond. They are so attentive towards children and the kids event they host is the BEST! My children always have so much fun. The environment is warm and welcoming and the staff are professional and amazing. Thank you for all that you do!

When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
