Although the selection of key designs is significantly less than the first time I used it, even though I can see several other key designs inside of the machine & don't understand why you cannot select those anymore. The 2nd time I used this kiosk the keys did not work. But the company was quick to reply and refund my money as soon as I notified them. I would probably give another star if the design selection was better as the misfit keys were not the company's fault and they did refund me right away
