We had a very good shopping experience in the store and especially really appreciate the guidance and excellent support of Mahsa to help us make the right decision. We were in the store for 3 hours and she did her best. We liked the furniture in Brick and they have really good deals for solid items.

The staff was amazing. The delivery was smooth and professional. The updates for delivery times and contact was well done. The only downside was that the assembly instructions for the bed were the worst I have ever seen, and I've assembled a lot of furniture over the years. It was impossible to build it using the instructions. The number of pieces needed and total count did not match what was in the box. (For example, the total count for one item was 24 pieces. Reading each individual instruction, the number of pieces needed was 30. So, even their own math was wrong within the instructions.) The instructions were shockingly bad. It was surprising based on how well everything else went. Luckily, I have assembled a lot of items and we had fun laughing at the sheer number of errors in the booklet.

Wow! I had to write all good stuff about this stupid store and their even more stupid, lazy, rude staff just to get the items shipped and delivered. And the trick worked! Folks, you (and I) must either be naive or downright crazy to still think of Brick Richmond as an option to shop. In any case I wasn't actually shopping. I was merely collecting the extended warranty claim back because of no claim in the 5 years since purchase. And to finalize this, was a chaotic exercise. The sales staff were so rude, Anna being so highly unprofessional. And then their manager Ramin who comes across as so efficient at the store, refuses to talk to you when you want to follow up after purchase. The only person who truly deserves accolades and praise is Suzanne who took pains to straighten things up. I guess,, Suzanne, you need to move to a better place. Well. Thankfully, it's the end of our Brick journey. For those out there, you now have no excuse to REFUSE to think of Brick Richmond as a possible option. Atleast as long as Anna and Ramin exist there.

The customer service at the brick is really weird. First of all some of them are not very knowledgeable, we asked the sales lady regarding to the dryer removal and installation, she has to relay those questions to another guy for couple times. And when we decided to purchase the appliances, she kept asking me to buy the insurance even I refused numerous time. And it cost 1/5 the cost of the machine! I know these kind of electric appliances store make money from these insurance stuff but that is way too unrealistic. Other than the insurance she kept asking me to get a credit card, which is super annoying. And the communication regarding the delivery date is confusing, she kept telling me that the machine is gonna be arriving on a certain day. I thought the day she provided is the day it got to my home but its not, its the date it got to their store/warehouse and they would manage the delivery from there, which means i have to wait for another 3-4 days. The sales lady is polite overall but I really hate it when they are trying to sell me insurance and credit card. I would consider if I want to get appliances here again.
