  Nancy was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She's the best! Pranshu in the warehouse was also awesome. He was very careful loading my items in my car and super friendly and efficient. He's the best too!

  Experience at JYSK Lansdowne is amazing. Bharti and her other colleagues are the best. They're very helpful and they gave the best deal with our purchase of mattress and bed frame. Quality of the products are great as well. Highly recommend them!

  Just purchased a couch from here and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Abhijeet. He answered all of our questions clearly and made the entire purchasing process easy and smooth. Edit: We were given the wrong information about the couch, so we ended up having to return it. We picked it up in-store and had to make multiple trips to return it. We then spoke with the store manager, Nancy, and she made the whole process more difficult and unpleasant than it needed to be.

  Great service from Pranshu at JYSK—very helpful and patient. He helped us find the right carpet size and assisted with loading the carpet and chairs into our trunk, even helping remove the box and carpet roll so everything fit. Really appreciate his help!
