- TTTim TengDec 6, 20251.0I rented a walk in unit here, which is a container outside their building. The floor was always wet whenever it rains. I talked to the manager but he said there was nothing he can do until I move out. To be fair, he offered me a smaller indoor unit but I have to move all of my stuff to the new unit myself. I just don't have the time. After seeing the wet floor today, I had enough and finally decided to move to another storage company. I am mentally prepared to throw away all the stuff in the boxes on the floor. So disappointed. Lesson learned is DO NOT rent their walk in container outside the building.

His patience, professionalism, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress free. It’s rare to find someone who listens first and makes sure you get the right fit, but Don did exactly that. Highly recommend working with him!
