Here's my opinion. The two delivery drivers were very nice and polite. They unfortunately are working under very stressful conditions. I was the 20th delivery out of 23 for one day. That's ridiculous , they are
scheduled to do a delivery within three minutes, you've gotta be kidding. That's absolute abuse of your employees.
These polite young men removed my current furniture to the driveway on my Request Then proceeded to install my new Chesterfield and remove all the packaging. Just showing them where they had to go and do all this took more than three minutes. Being a senior manager and a division manager in a spice operation I know how time and motion studies a.k.a. known as the Hawthorne studies how much people can do, I like Leons and I like The Brick but if they keep treating their employees this way they deserve a union and though I don't like unions I think you guys might deserve one to protect these employees who I think are being slightly abused.
from my point of view I would call in the Delivery scheduler and fire him Or her. Great service and loyal employees is attained by respect And the realization that people have realizations and time constraints to do their jobs, I am very pleased with my new piece of furniture it's beautiful, I like Leons, I like The Brick, I have purchased many items from both companies, Treat your employees a little better and then I don't have to sit in my house waiting 6 1/2 hours for someone to show up 3 1/2 hours late from the scheduled delivery time I was promise Because they're working like dogs.

I purchased a TV stand from this store, and when I opened the box, the top panel had 20 large visible marks. I contacted the seller and sent photos, but they told me the marks were “part of the design.” They even shared a picture from their showroom where the marks are much smaller and there are only about 5, nothing like what I received.
Despite pointing out the difference, they offered no solution or alternative. I’m now stuck with a visibly marked product that does not match what they display or the expected quality.
Very disappointing experience.

The worst experience ever with the mattress purchase and also the sofa bed.
They loose the firmness not even in 2 months and they have the third world country customer service , when you bought it if you don’t get protection warranty you are done with what ever issue you get
My mattress got issue after 2 months and they don’t responsible for their product, I email them 10 times and and I call directly to the store and they said they have to go to manufacture , this means they bought a cheapest product from what manufacture that after 2 months you can’t even sleep on it , never buy from this company nobody there to answer you🤦🏻♀️

If I could, I would give them half star!
I’m waiting for a repair for more than a month of communication and follow up!
They have an awful customer service. They have low communication when it comes to repair. Several times I had to follow up and get more information. I even went to the store to talk to a manager. They sold me a floor model and it didn’t last for a year! I know you get what you pay for, but I expected more from company like Leon’s. It had a good reputation and has great products for a good price with even better quality but don’t buy anything from the gallery. It’s seems like they wanted to get rid of their product and now for repair you have to wait God knows how long to get it repaired!
They told me it might not get fixed if the parts come, then we’re going to give you credit for it!
WEAK, very WEAK customer service and customer care!
I hope a higher level manager contact me!

This was the worst purchase experience I've ever had. Save your money, time, and mental health by shopping elsewhere.
First, the delivery failed. The store never mentioned the sofa ships as one large unit, so it didn't fit in my building's elevator. This was a complete lack of basic communication.
Second, the payment and refund process has been an absolute nightmare. They pushed me to use a Flexiti credit card (I assume for a commission), which I paid off immediately. Now, getting a refund for the sofa I couldn't even receive is a bureaucratic mess.
- Customer service calls me daily, but no one has any information.
- I have to repeat my story to every new person.
- They tell me to call back for the "person in charge," who is never available.
- My refund still has not been issued.
- Worse, they are making me call Flexiti to fix their problem.
- This company is a nightmare. Do not buy from them.
