  Their service was wonderful and on time. Amazing people that brought it up the elevator and were prepared to install furniture for me but I refused. Super kind and respectful and very high quality

  Wonderful experience began in the store with Salem.He was so kind and helpful and didn't try to push a sale.He was wonderful! The two delivery guys were amazing too!! Very nice,friendly and took no time at all to put our recliner together.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Leon’s. I was genuinely excited and looking forward to receiving my new sofa after spending nearly $4,000. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, it arrived damaged, which was incredibly upsetting. I immediately contacted the store and explained that I no longer wanted this model and asked to exchange it for a different one. They refused. There was no real return or re-selection option offered, I was told I basically had to accept the same brand again, regardless of my dissatisfaction. Now it’s been 4 months, and this unusable sofa has been sitting in my home ever since. Every time I see it, it reminds me of how frustrating this experience has been. Customer service showed no real concern for my situation or how upset this made me feel. I have even filed a complaint and am currently waiting for legal follow-up. I would not recommend anyone purchase from Leon’s.

  They are all smiles until they have your money, then they change faces completely. They force you to buy their most expensive, slippery mattress cover just to get a comfort guarantee, but then they won't even show you a floor model of it! Our $2,400 mattress arrived ripped by the delivery team, and management refused to help, offering a pathetic $50 credit for a damaged bed. Terrible customer service and zero accountability once the sale is done. Avoid this place. UPDATE: Corporate eventually resolved this, but my experience with the store managers remains the same. Changing from 1 star to 3 stars for the eventual resolution.

  I can't speak to other peoples experiences but Unlike a WELL KNOWN competitor ( I walked out soon after upon having the salesperson immediately in my tail)..This was no pressure salesmanship. They found a spot quite some distance away, yet close enough to let me know, whenever you're ready, just ask. I spent considerable time on my own getting familiar with the product lines. The entire experience went that way. At each stage my inquiries brought me closer to being better informed about my product choices. Feeling relaxed, I actually ended up spending double what I had intended. lol. But it was of my own choosing. I made the decision to get the item (mattress) I truly wanted as opposed to settling. On the way home I had no second guessing, no regret, completely satisfied with my purchase and then some. I couldn't be happier
