Order process was fast and professional. They answered their phone and I got to speak with a real person!!!! Delivery was fast. Guys were very pleasant and no fuss. There was a little delay for one of my pieces of furniture, but they delivered the other pieces first. Communication was excellent.

The service when we were looking at the couch was excellent and the follow-up delivery was just as good. The delivery was within a couple of minutes of the scheduled time window so we were very happy with that. The delivery guys were friendly, fast, and cleaned everything up before they left. A really good experience!

If you are looking for new furniture and want a stress-free, professional experience, do yourself a favor and ask for Salim at the Richmond location.
We have had an absolutely amazing experience working with him across multiple visits. On our very first trip, Salim helped us find the perfect set of recliners. He was so diligent and attentive to what we were looking for that we knew we had to come back to him for the rest of our home.
During our follow-up visit, he helped us pick out:
* A stunning dining table
* A beautiful coffee table
* A high-quality dresser
What sets Salim apart is his patience and his eye for detail. He isn’t just trying to "make a sale"—he truly cares about the quality of the pieces you’re buying and ensuring they fit your style and budget. Disappointed with the dishonesty and lack of candour at this store. I assisted my MIL with purchasing a sofa. She was given a $50 voucher toward her purchase. The voucher did not specify whether the $50 applied before or after taxes, but the sales associate stated that the $999 sofa would be $949 with the voucher. When we went to pay, sales staff insisted that “voucher” means it applies after taxes. After much back and forth, the sales associate admitted he “misspoke” when he stated the sofa would be $949, but we were still charged taxes on the full price and the $50 were subtracted after.
The bigger problem was the sales associate’s claim that the purchase price of the 5-year warranty reverts to the buyer as cash if not used. When we reviewed the terms and conditions pamphlet, it was clear that you only get STORE CREDIT back, not your money. The sales associate claimed the pamphlet is out of date and the terms were actually online. So I looked on Leon’s website, where it also said that you get store credit at the end. The sales associate continued to insist that all of this info was wrong and there are updated terms that reflect his claim - but he couldn’t get them. Meanwhile, everyone else who bought the warranty was given the “wrong” pamphlet. Either Leon’s legal team are incompetent, or the sales associate was not honest. We chose not to find out.
In the end, it took several attempts for the sales team to give us the correct price on the invoice. Most consequentially, they charged a delivery fee that we were told would be waived and only removed it when we pointed it out.
Would not go again.

Competitive pricing and a great selection. We were shopping for a narrow 24" fridge to replace our older one and there aren't many models out there that are tall enough at this width that make sense as a primary refrigerator, but Leon's had exactly what we needed. The 3rd party delivery company that was hired was efficient and courteous and the delivery tracking service allowed us to monitor their progress as they worked through their other deliveries before they reached our home. However, after placing our new fridge in our kitchen and allowing my wife and I to finish setting it all up ourselves I noticed some superficial damage to the body of our product. It wasn't until the delivery men were long gone that I spotted some scratches near the bottom of our fridge that were right through the paint and into the metal. It's impossible for us to know if this was the fault of the delivery company, or if the fridge was already damaged in this before it was handed off to the delivery company. This discovery left a sour taste with us in our otherwise great experience with Leon's. The damage is not a big deal, and not noticeable on a day-to-day basis, but this is not we expected from purchasing an otherwise brand new product.
