  I had a very disappointing experience at the Coquitlam JYSK store. I bought a mirror from the Richmond Jacombs location a week ago and the staff there sent me to Coquitlam to pick up the mirror. One week later, I called ahead to confirm that the mirror was ready to pick up before making my way there from Vancouver. The staff had confirmed so My friends and I drove all the way from Vancouver to Coquitlam on a Sunday to pick it up, only to be told upon arrival that the mirror was broken and not available. The store manager came over and talked to us, when I asked what could be done about it, she said “all we can offer is a $5 courtesy” or come pick it up in a few days again, The manager was not helpful and said “what else do you want me to do?” This is completely unacceptable given the time, gas, and effort involved — for three people making a special trip all for NOTHING. 100% not recommended, terrible customer service

  I had a great experience at JYSK today! Richard was super helpful and kind all throughout my purchasing process of my new couch. Richard gave us the best deals as well. The store had so many good deals all throughout the store.

  As there was a sale going on, I was interested in some garden pots with the stated pricing as $9.99. They rang through as $29.99 and I showed the staff member, who claimed to be the manager, the posted sale price. She then removed the sale price and said it had expired. I told her stores usually honour the price stated, she said it was far too expensive and she would be fired if she honoured the sale price. This staff member was terribly combative and unprofessional or Jysk will actually fire employees honouring prices??? Either way, the prices stated are not accurate and they don't bother to ensure they are.

  Great experience at JYSK. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and made sure we could access all the deals store had to offer. Special shout out to Lazandra who helped us with billing.

  Richard and Mimi were sincere, helpful and friendly. After comparing several furniture pieces with those of a few other stores, they patiently accommodated our needs. A few items were exactly what we needed. The price was also very good on the pieces that we selected. We were offered immediate pick up or delivery options. I would recommend and return to this store.
