Very disappointed in the service I can expect a couple of weeks or even a month to receive a product from The Brick , but 2 plus months is ridiculous when they insist you pay for it before they can even order it , which I did I paid the very day that I looked at it

I have to share this because it honestly shocked me. Over the past few years I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at The Brick, to the point my husband told me not to shop there unless he was with me. 😅
Before going back, I actually went to two other mattress stores… and walked out of both because the customer service was so disappointing. At that point I was ready to give up on mattress shopping altogether.
Then I met Tom at The Brick.
Tom is the ONLY reason we went back and bought our bed. He was absolutely amazing, funny, easy to talk to, gave us space to browse, and there was zero pressure whatsoever. Somehow he managed to keep us laughing while still being incredibly helpful, which is a rare talent in sales!
Mattress shopping usually feels about as fun as doing taxes… but Tom actually made it enjoyable. If every experience was like that, I’d never dread furniture shopping again. Thanks, Tom, for turning my expectations completely around!

The delivery went very smoothly. The two delivery men that brought this sectional in were very cordial and professional. They had to do some difficult maneuvering, but they able to set it up exactly as we were hoping. Kudos to them.

Kudos @ Prince George brick. Excellent 👌 customer service, rep Chaavi is patient and pleasant enough to spend a whole afternoon with us in finding best appliances for our needs and budget. She went above and beyond answered every question and matched prices where needed, provided the greatest deal I can find in the market. We took 2 sets of appliances. Chaavi helped us with installation services and extended warranties as well. Looking forward to seek her help for furniture soon. Manager Trevor also was helpful where needed.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
